Katherine was so nice and accommodating as I arrived late at night but she met me no issues. Full time front desk and pool was nice. Please remember these are apartments so no shampoo, bodywash or toothbrush etc. towels were left on bed and the bed was super soft and amazing! Very quiet and located block or so from palace in case you wanted to see the changing of the guard.

As fotos são excelentes. Vende-se uma coisa e ao chegar no local é totalmente diferente. Banheiros que não funcionam. Ficamos em um que haviam dois quartos - um não funcionava e o outro era extremamente apertado além de vazar água por todo lado. Mal cheiro por toda parte.

Fiz minha reserva no VIP Apartments Chile em dezembro de 2024, por meio de uma agência. Desde então, entrei em contato diversas vezes e sempre me confirmaram que a reserva estava ativa e paga. Tenho e-mails do próprio gerente comercial afirmando isso, inclusive em abril de 2025. Minha viagem seria de 7 a 11 de maio de 2025, com meu marido e nosso filho de apenas 1 ano — nossa primeira viagem internacional em família. E, para minha total surpresa, ao entrar em contato no dia 5 de maio, apenas dois dias antes da hospedagem e um dia antes do voo, fui informada de que a reserva havia sido cancelada — sem nenhum aviso prévio! Foi um verdadeiro choque. Se eu não tivesse confirmado por conta própria, teríamos desembarcado em outro país com um bebê pequeno e sem ter onde dormir, mesmo tendo toda a documentação que comprovava a reserva confirmada e paga. Esse é um nível de descaso inaceitável com qualquer cliente, ainda mais com uma família viajando com uma criança pequena. Por conta dessa falha gravíssima, tive que cancelar e reorganizar completamente toda a viagem, que agora foi remarcada para agosto de 2025 — com todos os prejuízos, mudanças de plano e frustrações que isso causou. Não recomendo este hotel. Falta de profissionalismo e responsabilidade total.
