DoubleTree by Hilton Santiago Kennedy

We heard that the security in the city square of Santiago, Chile is not that good, so we booked the Hilton hotel in this area. The price-performance ratio is very high. The facilities and services of a five-star hotel. Everything is perfect at a four-star price. Yes, it only costs $4 to wash a jacket, which is great. Standing on the window sill on the 11th floor to watch the sunset, it is beautiful.

The front desk of this hotel is racist, and the staff is especially mean to Chinese people. Because the flight was late and arrived in the middle of the night, the staff had a bad face. My friend vomited in the room and needed hot water to warm his stomach. There was no kettle in the room, so I thought of using the coffee machine to make some hot water, but the coffee machine didn't work. I also tried the electricity with my own equipment, and there was electricity but the coffee machine didn't work. I went to ask the front desk for a cup of hot water, and the front desk said there was no hot water, and that their equipment couldn't be broken, and asked me to go back and try more. No matter how I explained, I didn't listen, and squinted my eyes and imitated me to speak, and said condescendingly that I couldn't understand my English and asked me to repeat it over and over again. I laughed. I travel around the world all year round and speak English fluently. This is the first time I have been racially discriminated against by a Chilean. The experience is really terrible. I want to make money from people and feel that I am superior to others.

The service is very good. When you change rooms, they can move your luggage from one room to another. I looked around and the bedrooms and bathrooms are generally the best among 4-star hotels. I didn't go swimming because it was cold. The breakfast location is really good. Sitting by the bed on the top floor is very good whether you look down or look far. After eating, you can smoke on the rooftop next to it. It's very comfortable. I'll post a video of eating breakfast. It's very interesting. I happened to see a street performer. The weather was only 18 degrees. In short, people who live seriously are worthy of respect!

The room was nice, clean, tidy and quiet. Breakfast was on the top floor, with a view of the tallest building in South America. The surroundings were safe, and you could go running early. Cookies were given upon check-in, but the breakfast variety was a bit limited.
