The city center is very close to Mount Our Lady and Plaza de Armas. The decoration is great and the rooftop restaurant and swimming pool are also great.

We stayed at the Singular hotel with my teenage son while visiting Santiago. The location of the hotel is very convenient close to restaurants, museums and shopping. The area is lively and feels very safe. The rooms are tastefully decorated and extremely spacious. The hotel staff is courteous and knowledgeable. We enjoyed every interaction. The breakfast was included in our room rate and was delicious, service was a little slow but we were there during breakfast weekend rush hour. We were able to use the spa after check out for a preflight refresh. Overall a great experience. We will definitely stay there on our next visit.

Other than the style and level of hotel, I picked the Singular mainly for its location in Lastarria which can't be bettered. It truly exceeded on all aspects. Pre-arrival communications was responsive and helpful - arranging my collection from the airport to confirming my arrival time. While there were a couple of technical issues with my room, these were solved in no time at all. Little things will happen, and it's how they are dealt with that matters. With only 61 rooms the hotel is intimate meaning that over my stay I came across the same staff most days and more often than not I was greeted by name. The food and beverage, from breakfasts to the rooftop bar were excellent (food, service & ambience). Great job, all at The Singular🙏👍

I had a wonderful stay at the Singular- the best hotel experience I think I’ve ever had. All staff were friendly and always offered to help. I wanted to go skiing at Portillo and the concierge happily organised this for me, as well as transfers to and from the airport. The hotel also offers sightseeing tours. I chose to do the walking neighbourhood tour which was great to get a feel for the area near the hotel, and get tips on good places to eat and visit. The room was spacious and comfortable and I highly, highly recommend and will be staying again if I visit Santiago in the future.

The property is a lovely boutique hotel, conveniently located in downtown Santiago. Beautiful amenities, very nice roof top bar with a great view. Best part of the hotel - THE STAFF! Amazing, welcoming, professional . . . top notch!

Hotel aconchegante, staff extremamente educado e agradável, sempre disposto a servir com presteza e eficiência. Quarto e banheiro com bom tamanho e acabamento. O hotel é discreto e confortável. Sugestão para melhorar seria aumentar o numero de tomadas uma vez que tem os celulares e power bank para carregar ao mesmo tempo. De preferência do lado da cama. Café da manhã à la carte, tem o essencial e é bem feito. Atendentes excelentes. Alem de tudo um ótimo restaurante no rofftop.
