Una visita al hotel Bidasoa es una experiencia excepcional. Desde que llegamos al hotel, la experiencia fue espectacular. Nos recibieron con mucha calidez, nos ofrecieron asiento y una copa de espumante a mis amigos, y a mí me trajeron un té (estoy lactando), todo mientras preparaban nuestras habitaciones. Las habitaciones son bellísimas, con una vista espectacular. Tienen minibar, snacks disponibles y un baño que parece sacado de una revista de diseño. Cada detalle está cuidado. En la noche fuimos al restaurante y fue un acierto total. Yo pedí un lomito saltado que estaba delicioso, la carne en el punto exacto que pedí. Mi esposo pidió un espagueti a la huancaína con mariscos que estaba de otro mundo. El mocktail que me trajeron era precioso y riquísimo. Los postres, una delicia. La atención fue un 1000/10. Nos atendió Bryant, súper atento y amable en todo momento. Además, todo el hotel huele a pomelo limoncello… Recorrimos un poco el hotel después. Sin duda nos encantaría repetir

Minhas avaliações são todas baseadas em custo benefício. Iniciando pela acomodação em si, quartos extremamente limpos e organizados, banheiro impecável, estrutura de móveis todas novas e conservadas, tudo nota 10. Talvez uma única sugestão seria avaliar camas king no futuro, isso faz a diferença para algumas pessoas. Em relação a estrutura do hotel, também achei excelente, tudo sempre muito bem arrumado, funcionários simpáticos, check in e out de forma prática e sem filas! O café da manhã é outro ponto que me agradou demais! Era algo simples, mas tudo gostoso, não fica aqueles cafés iguais de resorts com 100 coisas diferentes mas nada que realmente agrada! Lá é tudo gostoso, omelete, ovos mexidos, pães caseiros, tudo muito bom! Super indico, para mim, nota 10, e se um dia voltarmos ao Chile, certamente ficaremos lá de novo!

Mi estadía en este hotel boutique fue sencillamente maravillosa, nuestra habitación con vista a la cordillera estuvo impecable, cuidada al detalle, con un estilo moderno pero acogedor, y una cama comodísima. El baño, amplio y limpio con un diseño de spa. aquí no solo te hospedas, sino que se vives una experiencia. Pero lo que realmente elevó nuestra vivencia fue el restaurante. Ingredientes frescos, combinaciones creativas y una presentación hermosa. El personal fue atento, amable y conocedor, logrando un equilibrio perfecto entre profesionalismo y calidez. Un lugar que sin duda recomendaríamos a quienes buscan una experiencia auténtica, relajante y llena de sabor. ¡Volveremos sin pensarlo dos veces!

La comida estaba buena, pero sinceramente hay un detalle que arruinó bastante la experiencia: la servilleta. En un restaurante con precios elevados y una supuesta propuesta de nivel, no puede ser que usen una servilleta que parece sacada de un dispensador de comida rápida. Delgadísima, de mala calidad, y prácticamente inútil. De verdad, era como tener una hoja de papel mal doblada o una toalla nova rasca en la mesa. No es un detalle menor. Cuando uno paga este nivel de precios, espera una experiencia completa y bien cuidada. Si no son capaces ni de ofrecer una servilleta decente, algo no está funcionando. Me costaría volver, porque si fallan en algo tan básico, ¿qué más están dejando pasar?
