Siempre encantado de volver al hotel Bidasoa, recomiendo puedan ir y alojarse en sus comodas e impecables habitaciones. Ya sea para celebrar o si van por algunos dìas, es un lugar excelente para descansar; es de facil acceso y tiene todo cerca en la ciudad. Pasen a probar su excelente comida y postres. y dejense atender por su inigualable servicio. Voy constantemente y siempre lo recomiendo

Hotel Bidasoa es un lugar ideal para compartir en familia, cuentan con un una atenciòn excelente desde que llegas a su lobby donde su hermosa decoraciòn te deja encantado. Todo permanece limpio y te hace tener una de las instancias màs confortables dentro de la ciudad de Santiago. Sus habitaciones cuentan con todo lo necesario para una noche de descanso y ademàs puedes aprovechar y tomar una cena o almuerzo en su restaurante que tiene una gastronomia maravillosa. Lo recomiendo 100%

La verdad con mi pareja nos propusimos pasar el año nuevo en Santiago, ya que no programamos nada en la playa por falta de tiempo. Sin embargo la sorpresa fue de alto impacto. No estábamos conscientes de lo increíble que podría resultar nuestra estadía en este Hotel, inserto en el mejor barrio recidencial de Santiago. Lleno de restaurantes y atracciones de lujo a su alrededor. El primer día almorzamos en su restaurante, y por la noche comimos en su segundo restaurante, Casa Sanz. Que decir, es de los lugares que te logra cautivar por su energía y cuidados al detalle. Se convirtió en nuestro lugar favorito! Habitación increíble, comida de otro nivel, y servicio espectacular, recomendado al 100. 10/10.

Desde el momento de la llegada, la atención de Hugo fue impecable, las instalaciones son hermosas y acogedoras, y cada detalle está pensado para brindar una experiencia única. The word ECO in the boutique hotels name takes is experience down to frustrating. The only thing that is ECO is the recycling garbage bins infront of the elevators and the dark, no light unsafe hallways. The smell and noise was awful from the bins when your room ended up across from this giant box. The room was like staying in a OLD HOSTEL in the 70's. Old uncomfortable bed with old open shelve closet. The service was awful, being run by way too many staff and being majority Millennials. The 2 older waiters were wonderful and very helpful when there are NO MENUS just QR codes on a piece of plastic and the QR info was only in Spanish. If you are not into VEGAN food there was not much choice. HIPSTERS. This hotel is in a residential area with very few restaurants and not very upscale as it advertises. This hotel is also one of the most inconvenient hotels for guides to come to or you to go out of because there is no transit services anywhere around it.

Llegamos por recomendación, nos gustó mucha nuestra estancia, nos atendieron muy bien, personalmente soy celíaca y siempre tuve opciones para desayunar y comer en el restaurante. Las habitaciones son cómodas, tener aire acondicionado es una gran ventaja en toda época del año.

Estuve estas fiestas en el hotel Bidasoa lo cual fue una maravilla tranquilidad inigualable restaurante exquisito habitaciones muy cómodas y acogedoras. El personal del hotel es espectacular siempre comprometidos a ayudar recomiendo totalmente venir a este hotel y disfrutar de las estadías en este.
