This hotel is a cold and soulless experience. It needs to rethink its whole customer journey. It felt more like an ‘apart hotel’ within the ‘Marie Celeste’, only the occasional ghost to drift passed? Perhaps from clients that died of boredom? Whilst the spa promised much sanctity, it offered only mediocrity; without the attention to details and finishing touches one would expect from a 5* residence. It’s main attraction is the location. A street full of wonderful and creatively crafted cafes and restaurants that have understood the opportunity and needs of the modern traveller. Thank goodness for this, as the roof top bar in the Noi is a ghastly place to be avoided. The 5* hotel game has moved on considerably and the Noi is dining out on it previous reputation. Time for a refurb!

Desde que llegamos al Hotel todo fue impecable. La ubicación es maravillosa y las instalaciones son de alto nivel. Hubo un pequeño inconveniente con un ruido en la habitación que notamos por la noche, pero sinceramente fue lo único que se podría mejorar. Quiero destacar la atención del personal en especial a los chicos del desayuno del día domingo. Fue una experiencia sumamente grata, y todo el equipo mostró una calidez y disposición excepcionales. En particular, agradezco a Javier, el chico del desayuno quien estuvo pendiente en todo momento de que no nos faltara nada. Su amabilidad, su profesionalismo y la atención a los detalles realmente marcaron la diferencia y nos hicieron sentir bienvenidas y cuidadas. Es ese tipo de servicio el que convierte una buena estadía en una experiencia memorable. ¡Gracias a todos por su dedicación y buen trato! Sin duda volvería y recomendaría el hotel, sobre todo por la calidad humana de su equipo.

La ubicacion es inmejorable. A 200m del parque Bicentenario y 200m de CasaCostanera. Repleto de buenos restaurantes. Habitacion Comoda, grande. Ducha con excelente presion y posiblidad de usar la bañadera, Excelente Wifi. Las vistas desde la terraza donde esta el bar son increibles. El Spa esta muy bien armado. Buen gimnasio! Javier: Quien nos recibió y despidió fue muy amable, agradable y eficiente. Otro Javier quien servía el desayuno también fue muy amable y eficiente. El restorant nos gustó mucho, la comida (camote cocido como acompañamiento) y los tragos (pisco sour) estaban muy buenos. La temperatura de la piscina temporada era un poco alta. Felices de volver una noche al hotel

Great location in upmarket Vitacura, this is a hotel with great rooms, very nice breakfast and generally good service. Lots of restaurants nearby which can be a bit noisy but lots of variety. Easy freeway access to airport, but a decent distance to main/old town centre.
