Vreselijk hotel
De ontvangst was redelijk , wel jammer dat degene achter de balie geen woord Engels sprak. We kregen de sleutel en gingen naar onze kamer, het eerste wat opviel waren de knoppen in de lift, 1 daarvan hing aan een draad los. We opende de kamer en die was niet schoongemaakt handdoeken en dekbed lagen op de grond, maar goed, dat kan gebeuren. We kregen een andere kamer en omdat het warm was wilde ik meteen de airco aanzetten, hetgeen ik aangezet heb mag het woord airco niet hebben het koelde bijna niet, dus ik ook de fan aangezet die boven ons bed hing, dat ding maakte een herrie van jewelste ook hingen hier de draden en kroonsteentjes los. We gingen van verbazing ff op bed zitten en voelde toen de stalen veren van het matras, toen we ook nog zagen hoe smerig de kamer was, hebben we onze koffers gepakt en zijn naar de balie gegaan en gezegd dat we naar een ander hotel zouden gaan ivm bovengenoemde redenen. We kregen het korte en duidelijke antwoord “ perfecto “

Es un hotel digno para pasar la noche , tienen diversas formas de pago, no cuenta con restaurant, el desayuno estuvo bien de hecho soy celíaca y contaba con galletitas de arroz que no es poca cosa. Queda cerca de lugares para ir a cenar y si tenes tiempo hacer visitas al Centro Cultural - El Ministerio de Economia y la Catedral casi te diría q estan de paso

Muy buena opción para pasar una noche y luego continuar viaje. La cochera no es cubierta. El desayuno es bueno. Las habitaciones limpias, buenas sábanas y aire acondicionado optimo. La ubicación es céntrica y llegar desde los accesos a Santiago es rápido y seguro. Para repostar combustible el ACA a 600 mts.

Hotel cerca del centro de santiago. Muy recomendable, linda cama, ducha buena, piezas amplias, faltaría un poco más en el desayuno, muy básico, pero no es importante, no es caro y sirve para pasar una o dos noches, tienen estacionamiento gratis enfrente al hotel.

El recepcionista no se interesó demasiado por el cambio de las reglas del hotel en lo que se refiere a la cochera que tenés que dejar las llaves para que otra persona lo corra al vehículo. El recepcionista del turno noche excelente

A ver , es muy difícil hacer una opinión sin tener un comprobante que certifica mi estadía, ya que cuando hice el check out no quisieron darme un comprobante que certifica mi estadía. Pero aún así haré mi opinión. Fui a la ciudad de las madras ya que había un evento internacional. Fui con mi famia a ver a los pumas jugar contra Gales. La verdad que la habitación estaba normal, igual que el baño. Pero lo que más me destesto fue la falta de educación de los empleados del hotel. Haciendo tanto ruido, incluso a altas horas de la noche. En el caso de mi cuñado, si habitación estaba sucia y nunca fue limpiada. El desayuno fue espantoso.

Fuimos en familia. Habitación excelente y limpia. Muy buen desayuno, completo. Hotel Tranquilo, silencioso. Estacionamiento. Precio "acorde a la realidad", bastante mas barato que otros de iguales características. IDEAL para "hacer noche" durante un viaje.

La habitación y todo el hotel estaban sucios ( pelos en la almohada, piso sucio) No tenían registrada nuestra reserva y el desayuno intomable. Daba asco sentarse a desayunar. Mala experiencia. No volvería.

Si tu plan es hacer noche en Santiago para seguir viaje al otro día. Ni lo dudes, hotel limpio, buenas sabanas, agua caliente de caldera, desayuno tipo buffet (medias lunas, pan para tostar, polvorones, tortillas, biscochos, manteca y mermeladas; café, leche, yogurth y jugo). Te permiten pedir comida y comer en el comedor. Además tiene cochera enfrente.
