With the application everything is fine. There was a detail when arriving at the place that they had no report or validation with the hotel. It was already full, however they supported me and made a room available so I could use it. The provider mentioned that he had no knowledge of Trip.com, but in the end he honored the payment and we were able to stay. Hopefully there will be more faithful communication between the app and the hoteliers.

INDIGNACION ; La Peor Experiencia
Indignación : Ir a visitar a un hotel y que te rayen el carro nuevecito recien sacado de agencia es un atropello y mas si a los encargados les vale, como el carro no es de ellos , pura arrogancia, luego se enteran y como si nada ni siquiera una disculpa ofrecen, no piensan en los daños que causan a los huespedes. Ven que el carro es nuevo y lo rayan. La gente de ahí , no se fijan en el daño que hacen pero que no se les olvide que el que a hierro mata a hierro muere.

Una decepción
El costo es excesivo respecto a la calidad de las habitaciones.
Las cortinas muy sucias y viejas, rotas.
Nadie nos ofrecio ayuda con las maletas, el auto quedaba muy retirado de las zona de habitaciones.
El hotel esta construyendo una zona nueva lo que hace que haya mucho polvadero.
La llave del agua en el lavabo del baño en pésimas condiciones.
Muy diferente a lo que muestran en las fotografías de la app.
Decepcionante totalmente.

Si puedes considerar otra opcion hazlo
Propiedad muy descuidada. Falta mantenimiento. Las cortinas no corrian en ninguna de mis 2 habitaciones, no habia jabón, el internet no llega a las habitaciones, las cuales tampoco cuentan con teléfono, las toallas deshilachadas y con agujeros, no hay servicio de alimentos y para terminar habia un evento con musica muy alta hasta las 3 am.
