Reserva através do booking. Atribuíram- nos um quarto c janela para o pátio de trás. Pedimos se era possível fazer um upgrade ao qual prontamente disseram que sim. É um hotel antigo c algumas áreas renovadas. Insonorização interior e exterior, restaurantes por baixo, muito a desejar. Pequeno almoço razoável. Staff muito simpático. Localização a dois passos da catedral.

Hotel room with no windows. Similar to an internal cabin on a cruise ship. Add on the fact the room is located on a corridor so you have the constant noise of people walking past and I end up with the second worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Not suitable for tourists.

We arrived to this hotel and was greeted by a lovely friendly helpful receptionisst.. Its very central.. Lovely room lovely breakfast.... Couldn't recommend better all that you need for a few days break in fab Santiago de campestelo... Highly recommend!!!

Excelente servicio y ubicación. El hotel está a metros de la catedral, lugar estratégico. La habitación estaba impecable, con vista a una plaza con bancos y verdes, con bañera en la habitación, ventanales y balcón Calentita, limpia y con excelente ducha La atención en la recepción por Mary fue muy buena, agradable y simpática. Me permitió dejar equipaje mientras realicé 7 días el camino de Santiago. Un amor!! Gracias!

Lovely large room overlooking a busy square. The room was one of the larger we have had as we tour northern Spain. Nice washroom with shower, comfy bed, and a modern renovated room. The balcony had french doors that opened to the town square that let the lively street vibe in. A short walk to the Cathedral and all of the old town made this an ideal location for our visit. A bit more pricey than other places at $150 euros per night, but Santiago is a busy place! There is public underground parking that is a short walk from the hotel.

5 stars, very beautiful and pleasant place, the entire surrounding area is of great architectural value, it is well worth visiting and enjoying all the serenity experienced in that place, I had already been there and hope to return. good trip to do with family and friends

The hotel is very centrally located, close to Plaza de Obradoiro and the Cathedral. The receptionist was very friendly. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The hotel in general is very charming. The pillows were too soft for my taste, and they forgot to refill the shower gel. Breakfast was average. Overall, it was good value for money.
