The room was very beautiful and comfortable, the hotel itself was very beautiful and cozy, lots of lovely decor. A gem was the little chapel, and the garden was very nice and lovely.
Dinner (though a set menu) was amazing 👏 🤩
The only less rewarding part was you will need walking a kilo further from the camino if u are not driving, but they can pick you up from the camino if requested.

El pazo Xan Xordo es una maravilla, al igual que Alfonso y su equipo. El lugar es bellísimo y lleno de paz, a solo 10~15 minutos del centro de Santiago en coche o autobús. Limpieza exquisita, camas muy cómodas y un desayuno muy rico y completo. Sin duda, volveremos!

The hotel is three kilometers away from the airport and there are buses available. The hotel is a stone house with few rooms but it is quiet and clean. Surrounded by farmland and pastures, there are sheep grazing, and it feels like a farm... I recommend everyone to choose this hotel, which is very unique.

En nuestro camino a Santiago nos quedamos en este maravilloso hotel, situado en mitad de la naturaleza. Un pazo muy elegante y señorial, con su capilla conforme entras, y con mucho espacio para pasear y disfrutar de todo su entorno. Las habitaciones están muy limpias, son muy confortables y espaciosas, con mucha iluminación. Y la comida es excepcional, esa noche comimos una crema de verduras, con carrilladas de cerdo y tarta de queso, y todo estaba delicioso, amorosamente preparado en una hermosa vajilla como la de antes. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Fue realmente muy acertada nuestra elección en este excepcional Pazo de Xan Xordo. Altamente recomendable.

A great find. Despite arriving late, due to a delayed flight, we received a warm and friendly welcome.
The bed was the most comfiest hotel bed I have ever slept in.
Loved this hotel, would definitely recommend and return.
