Amazing Staff!! The manager, the lady receptionist (with 7 dogs 😁) the young guy receptionist (spiky hair) bar man and young chef, so sorry I didn't get your names...
Absolutely top class hospitality and customer service, even lent me 2 euros for the bus, helped me with boarding passes and really made my stay fantastic 😍

una estrella por la cocina... acabamos pidiendo pizza aunque el resto nose quede atras.. el serivicio te da largas, te dice sisi y no cumplen, ademas de arrogantes yo no se de donde sacan lo de cuatro estrellas, quizas sea por ser la marca-no he estaso en los otros- pero desde luego no merece ni tres...porque lo de mas obras es otra

El hotel se publicita como un cuatro estrellas y le sobran dos. Un hotel en reforma en el que los alojados compartimos espacio con las obras. Nos tocó una habitación reformada y hay que decir que muy correcta pero sin toallero, sin teléfono, sin una lamparita auxiliar, sin espejo salvo el del baño,…en fin, con muchas carencias para un 4 estrellas. Éramos un grupo de 43 personas y se sacaba comida para la mitad. El resto tenía que esperar, y en muchas ocasiones con decir que se había acabado listo. El desayuno de lo más pobre que me han ofrecido: un poco de bollería, un poco de pan, jamón de York de poca calidad y lo mismo el queso. No siempre había yogurt que era lo mejor para tomar. Se acababa y no reponían. El café frío y nada de fruta o los mejores días a escoger entre manzana o naranja. Huevos ni los vimos. La atención del personal en general correcta. Se trataba de un viaje del Imserso pero eso no sirve como excusa puesto que la calidad de otros hoteles es increíble.

No sirve Wifi. Hotel lejano, Regadera fría
LO BUENO: 1) El personal es muy amable. 2)El Hotel está en buenas condiciones generales. 3) La zona es tranquila. 4) Hay una parada de bus en la esquina.
LO MALO: 1) El Wifi falla constantemente, incluso deja de funcionar por horas. 2) El agua caliente en la regadera sale muy racionada, es difícil lograr un flujo confortable de agua caliente. 3) el Hotel NO está en Santiago de Compostela, sino en un pueblo llamado Teo Os Tilos 4) Las ventanas, deberían tener un mosquitero, ya que están a pie de campo y se meten moscas y mosquitos.

Todo genial, cama perfecta, baño perfecto, si algún peregrino quiere dormir cómodo y descansar en un lugar tranquilo, lo recomiendo.
Yo no he sido peregrina, pero igualmente agradezco el descanso que he tenido.
El desayuno también muy bueno.

Air conditioner didn't work well. Also, I found spider in the room. So eco-friendly! Breakfast buffet was terrible. I won't re-visit again nor recommend my family or friends to visit there.
