The hotel is situated at at short distance of the city center, it's very clean and the staff very helpful. I had a bit of a problem to sort my boarding passes an lovely Sonia sorted it all for me, she couldn't be more helpful. I highly recommend it

The hotel is a few minutes away from the station. It is really convenient to check in by taking the overnight train. There is a 24-hour front desk service so you don’t have to worry about check-in. The room is relatively small and has a large balcony, which is great for watching the night sky!

The hotel surprised us. The location in the heart of Santiago, close to everything. Walking you go anywhere in the city.
The room is spacious, comfortable and pleasant. The heating works correctly and you don't get cold.
Room located on the 4th floor where noise is not heard.
Very friendly staff.
We would stay here again.
