Nice views and access to Santiago Cove nearby. Breakfast was a great addition, so much food and all excellent.

Family of three, we enjoyed our stay there for one night. The meals are so heavy that we could't finish it. Foods are so nice and staffs were friendly. Definitely will come back in the future.

All was fine and excellent until the shower and toilet ran out of water. We never had the luxury of taking showers during our stay. The water pressure was so weak that even flushing the toilet bowls is a challenge. Had my sister complain at the reception and was told that maintainance will check on it. In the meantime, I requested for a pail and dipper just to be able to flush the toilet bowl. We even had to take showers at the poolside public shower area after swimming so that we can just wash our hair when at our room.

I was skeptical at first since the hotel’s location was unusual compared to the ones that are in the metro, where class and sophistication were the things you normally look for when you book a lovely stay. However, upon check-in to the location, I was amazed with how they give their best to level up their services to their guests! The area as a whole was truly iconic! I was very impressed with the villa we stayed in as it was a massive, I could not believe how big it was for 4 people! The murals on the ceilings were all magnificently beautiful! Their buffet and plated meals were on point! They had a wide selection of food and we all loved them! We were quite blessed as we own the private pool to ourselves that time! We also spent a great time at their other resort - The Vitalis White Sands via their free shuttle transfer. Lastly, the staff were very accommodating, as well as their interns! Great job team! If we were to stay again, we’ll definitely go back in this lovely resort!

We were there on February, a group of 15 -- I paid for 17 pax, but 2 didn't show up -- at the end of our lunch they said they cannot refund for 2 pax that didn't show up, I offered if we can use it as future credit & they agreed (VV does not even offer any credit to their costumers....you have to find a way yourself....)...they also asked us to leave our seats because there's another batch of costumers that need to be seated for lunch....girl, we were only there about 1 & 1/2 hrs yet on our lunch!!!!! ---- literally they were asking us to STAND UP!!!... what did we do?!!!--- VV is VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO COSTUMERS!!!! ----yeah, when we were outside, we saw a bus full of peeps! ---VV, you have to know your NUMBERS & BE RESPECTFUL TO COSTUMERS, we did not come there to pay & sit down for NOT SO IMPRESSIVE KIND OF LUNCH & DISRESPECTFUL SUPERVISORS/STAFF (Oh yeah, you had the lato in the counter but REFUSED to serve it to peeps/you refused to serve it when my husband ask for it, but it was there!).......15/15 in our group agreed that VV is OVERRATED --- prices too much for a little dirty tricks of business!!! GO to other services in the area that are more reasonable ... we don't think VV will be as popular so soon......sorry......

Our stay with Vitalis Villas wasn’t much to be desired, as the experience was marred by a series of disappointments that overshadowed any potential enjoyment. Regrettably, the promise of a tranquil getaway was swiftly shattered by a persistent lack of water supply throughout our stay. The inconvenience of not having basic water amenities significantly dampened our experience and left us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Despite reporting the issue promptly to the management, the problem persisted, and our pleas for resolution fell on deaf ears. Evidence is secured. Adding insult to the poor service, the management's response to our ordeal only compounded our frustration. While assurances of partial reimbursement were made, the promised restitution failed to materialize on the agreed-upon date. Such lack of follow-through reflects poorly on the resort's commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. As the situation escalated, I felt compelled to request a full refund, considering the substantial inconvenience and the failure of the resort to uphold its end of the bargain. However, my attempts to engage with the management were met with evasion and disregard. Calls went unanswered, messages left unresponded, and the once-promising facade of hospitality crumbled under the weight of neglect. I do not recommend this property due to the management’s lack of professionalism.

Have you ever been to a place that serves Great Food , provide Exceptional Service and has an Alluring Location? That's Vitalis Villas where we have a Grand Vacation. I don't usually use grandiose words to describe a resort/hotel, but this time, Vitalis was the exception. From the reception room to the villas, to the food from breakfast up to dinner, the service was exceptional. As if, the place was culinary school. a hospitality school and a tourism school, where everything was top-notch and the facilities state-of the art. Kudos to the management. Where the an award for the Best Resort/Hotel be given for this year, this place will be a forerunner. We would want to visit this place more often, had it not been that far from our place in Metro Manila.

Worst experience ever, had a typhoon in the area at the time and they wouldnt give a refund .Power being run on a generator and cut every few hours ,no internet nothing to do.Place is a joke ,everything is run down and old , they do not keep up on maintance and there was a sewer smell in one of our rooms and nothing was done about it.Since there was alot of rain from the typhoon ,there were water leaks everywhere in just about every window and coming out of cracks in the walls which were everywhere. Electric outlets were old and some were falling out of the walls .Blumbing looks very old and in need of repairs just like everything else .Save your money and go somewherd else.

Well …..what can I say……..this hotel is not really for the international traveller! The place looks, from the outside to be pleasant enough, but a closer inspection shows that it seems to be in need of very serious maintenance .The rooms are large but seem to be in need of a good clean and the washlet toilets simply don’t work properly. The wall mounted TV boxes hang by their wiring beneath the TVs. The dining room is grubby as is the crockery and cutlery and the food pretty poor. The staff are pleasant but obviously not well trained. And to cap it all this hotel is not particularly cheap by local standards! I think I will give it a miss next time.
