Vine a Santiago con mi pareja y el primer lugar donde vinimos fue el Hotel. Tiene una vista muy bonita al parque Cespedes y todo esta muy limpio.El servicio en el Bar Las Terrazas fue espectacular. La comida y el cafe fueron super ricos, teniamos mucha hambre y todo llegó super rapido. Muchas gracias. Lugar super recomendable!

Ein sehr gutes Hotel mitten in der Stadt Santiago de Cuba direkt am Platz mit der großen schönen Kathedrale. Ein super toller Blick über diesen Platz und die Stadt bis zum Hafen u.a. Das Personal war immer freundlich, das Essen sehr lecker und die Zimmer groß und sauber.

Un servicio excelente, con buen desayuno, ambiente acogedor, y la mejor camarera es Gabriela.. Buenos sándwiches, hamburguesas y cocteles. Sin duda una experiencia inolvidable que se quedará grabada en su memoria por los siglos de los siglos Amén.

Fue una bonita experiencia, un lugar muy encantador, la calidad de la comida es estupenda al igual q el de las bebidas, los dependientes son muy agradables, me encantó el servicio de este hotel, la pasé genial con mis amigos, les recomiendo este lugar para q compartan con amigos y familia. En el Roof Garden fui muy bien atendida por la compañera Yaritza me encantó su actitud y la forma en como trata a los clientes de una forma elegante y alegre.
