We had a problem with the AC not working in the rooms and in several areas of the hotel. The boy at the entrance Manuel and Mr. Carlos were excellent in trying to solve the problem because they wanted to charge us more for a room that more or less had the air working at all times, helping us to have a room that would more or less work the AC.

Excelente mi estancia muy buen servicio y atención x parte d los trabajadores. La piscina con mucha higiene la mejor de Santiago ,el trato excelente sobre todo en la carpeta x parte de la recepcionista Gisela q me dio todas las orientaciones

La decoración del lobby del hotel es muy bonito. Los trabajadores de la Recepción son muy atentos y amables. Los servicios son buenos. Me encanta la piscina es bella. En general todo está excelente. Las atenciones que nos brindan el departamento de Atención al cliente fueron reconfortantes. Gracias a todos los que hicieron de mi estancia algo especial.

Muy buena atencion nos sentimos como en casa y bien atendidos y cuidados ante el paso del ciclon de no ser por la lluvia nunca nos hubieramos enterado de lo bien que nos atendieron y trataron nos hicieron sentir en familia siempre dandonos informacion certera y al pendiente de nosotros sin duda volveremos.

Zimmereinrichtungen sehr veraltet. Klimaanlage nicht steuerbar. Aber sehr freundliches Putzpersonal! Pool ist schön und nicht überfüllt mit Menschen. Immer sauber. Kissen auf den Liegen sehr alt. Sehr verschmutzt und kaputt. Keine alkoholfreien Getränke. Schon mittags trinken alle Bier. Leider riecht es durch die Tankstelle nebenan immer nach Benzin. Loby und Rezeption sehr fein. Beim einchecken wurden leider nicht alle Dinge (z.b. die Versorgung mit kleinem Food auf jedem Flur und vorherige Einrichtung eines Accounts zum automatischem bezahlen in den Hoteleinrichtungen) erklärt. Roofbar ähnelt eher einer Tanzbar. Zu laute Musik. Schöne Aussicht. 24 Stundenbar in der Lobby nicht zu empfehlen. Bezahlsystem fraglich. Auf Zimmerrechnung geht nur mit Account ( vorherige Hinterlegung der Kreditkarte). Wurde beim einchecken nicht genau erklärt.
