Hotel San Millán

Hotel au calme , grand parking gratuit, propre, très bonne literiede qualité, bar et restaurant avec repas changeant chaque jour, spa très fonctionnel, personnel très agréable, sympathique et très arrangeant pour nous comprendre en français. Je recommande vivement.....

Mal el servicio, mal las camas, incomodas, las almohadas sucias. Lo reclamamos en varias ocasiones y malas caras por parte del personal. Pocas soluciones. Muy caro para el servicio que dan. No recomendable, no volvería nunca. Venden algo que no dan

No creo que se merezca las 3 estrellas. No esperaba un gran hotel, pero me decepcionó mucho. Personal antipático y grosero. Todo muy antiguo, en especial el baño. No había enchufes junto a las mesitas de noche, la televisión no funcionaba y nadie vino a arreglarla. Faltaba la limpieza, había arañas en las persianas y un pelo en el baño. no volveremos Al gerente no le importa porque nuestra queja no importó debido al personal de recepción. No quisieron reenviar nuestra queja. Muy mal servicio y demasiado caro para eso. Mejor reserva un buen hostal!!!

Hôtel a éviter ! Réception agréable mais très lente (plus occupée a gérer les gens qui viennent au club de gym intégré à l'hôtel), ascenseur branché sur le spa vu la chaleur qu'il y fait dedans, vue sur la piste de l'aéroport avec du simple vitrage (réservé au fan d'aéronautique). Enfin, pas de clim.... Une chaleur intenable Une propreté a revoir et des bruits de tous les côtés. On entend le voisin ronfler et sa musique jusqu'à 1h du matin.... Bref allez ailleurs car en prime c'est très cher ! PS : ne comptez pas recharger plusieurs appareils la nuit. Une seule prise est dispo dans la chambre, sinon il faut se brancher dans la salle de bain ou dans le couloir comme font certains avec des glacières plein le couloir du coup.....

On the morning of the 31st, we went down for breakfast, and after waiting, I'm not exaggerating, 15 minutes for two coffees, my partner ordered a normal one and another LACTOSE-FREE, because as I said, I'm allergic. The waiter must be that he does not know what lactose-free milk is, and has decided to put SKIMMED milk, (it must be that it is Skimmed because he thinks it does not contain lactose). I was outside, at the tables that they have at the entrance of the hotel, and I have not realized what happened, but my partner who was ordering at the bar, and is usually very aware of this (because it causes anaphylactic shock to a allergic person can be life-threatening) he realized and quickly told the waiter that this was not lactose-free milk and the waiter replied: it is skimmed. Anyway, I had to ask the girl at the reception (this time it was different) and I asked her for a claim form. I have explained to him that I do not doubt that he did it on purpose, but that a mistake like this in a person who cannot take LACTOSE can put his life in danger. I don't pay 90 euros for a hotel for one night and 9 euros for a breakfast that they couldn't even give me lactose-free milk. SHAMEFUL What happened today at the San Millán hotel. NOT RECOMMENDABLE.
