Friendly and nice staff who offered us a chupito as soon as we arrived. The room was spacious, clean and with everything in order. They had the opportunity to eat at the restaurant which is located in front of the rooms and it was very good, also at the last dinner they offered us 2 glasses of Poncha. Relaxation area with games such as darts and billiards to spend the evening and 2 jacuzzis for when you return from excursions. What more could you want?

First the positive: This hotel is well suited for a short stay. From our room we have a great view of the sea and the surrounding area. The room is also very spacious and has a balcony. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. The staff is friendly and helpful and the restaurant opposite has local, delicious and inexpensive food. As far as the location is concerned, it should be taken into account that many starting points for hikes are difficult to reach on foot. A rental car is recommended as public transport is sparse. Now for the improvement: Even though the room is fully functional, a renovation would be a good idea. Small areas of damage can be seen in the bathroom and on the balcony door in particular. We find the musty smell in the bathroom particularly unpleasant.

Dated room bordering on cleanliness. Not soundproofed and not heated! Cover worn and stained. Towels smelling musty! We slept for a week with our sweaters and earplugs! The only interest is the view. For tired people, there are several stairs and 2 roads to cross to have breakfast.

Terrible service, always the same person at breakfast who was unfriendly, it seemed like he was doing the customers a favor! Super basic breakfast, in 5 days we always ate the same thing. The photos are very deceiving, they only show photos of the top of the hotel, where there is a view of the sea, the pool and jacuzzi, then when you check in, where we just say our name and they give us the key and say half a dozen basic things, we realized that we stayed in the other part of the hotel, further down, where you can see the sea very far away, it is beautiful, of course, but not as much as shown in the photos! Good place to store your bags, take a shower, sleep and eat something in the morning!

We spent 4 nights in the upper rooms (there are two buildings, one up and the other up) with mountain and ocean views. Exceptional setting…. Free access to the Jacuzzi and swimming pool at any time! Room 35 is very correct, nothing to complain about. The two points to improve are: • the restaurant: the prices and the quality which are not great. Prefer to go to Marcel’s 1km away for the same price • breakfast at 8am is late! I even think it’s voluntary because for activities/hikes you have to leave early. So we skip breakfast (if paid for when booking) and we don't consume. Damage! So choose to have breakfast every day. That said, I really recommend this place!

So off we go, if you aspire to a stay full of discomfort and horror, well then only in this case is the place for you. Let's start with... The absence of water, it decides when to be there, and if you are in the middle of shampooing it will be your business if it suddenly runs out, imagine the discomfort of starting to wash and being left with shower gel on you. I personally had to wait late at night for him to return. For this aspect alone, I would never stay in a facility where there is no water! But despite this there is more... Loud noises from pipes and drains come from the bathroom, especially during the night, disturbing sleep, probably due to the problem of the absence of water. The absence of water means that many times not even the toilet flush works, thus leaving the physiological steps afloat. But if this wasn't enough, know that at night the nighttime noise will keep you company, last night there was a lady who started screaming and knocking on a door from 5:30 until 6:00 in the morning. So if you have problems with the alarm clock, this is the accommodation for you. Also don't be fooled by the Wi-Fi there but it doesn't work. Zero exactly. After that, don't worry if the doors don't close, it's normal in this hotel. We had the door of the hall and the bathroom which did not close, while the door of the room had a 5 cm rise so as to be able to hear all the noises in the other rooms and to have a constant exchange of air, so if you make the choice like mine to go in winter, forget about the heat. Also because the heating is non-existent. Cover yourself well because you will die of cold, in the room there is a radiator that is always off and a heater that heats a maximum of 30 square centimeters of the entire room. But I won't stop here and I'll also tell you that if you ever feel like taking a shower or a bath, I'll warn you that the tub is encrusted and not only are there some nice slimy animals inside, but I didn't want to delve into the type. Be aware that the room you choose will not correspond to the photo, at least I personally paid for a room that I didn't get, it was totally different with two beds next to each other and not a double bed. Furthermore, we slept very badly because we discovered that the beds have no mattress bases. So it will be like sleeping on the floor. also for me the pillows were too high, I had a stiff neck the whole time. Finally, the hotel is spread across various structures, if you want to 'go down' to reception for a moment, hope it isn't raining because it is about forty meters from the rooms.
