Wij hadden een studio op de eerste etage (op de hoek) met balkon. Prefect ingericht, schoon en modern! Keurige badkamer met badlinnen en prima (Ikea) Boxspring met mooi linnen en dekbed. Super goede en nette ontvangst door de eigenaar. Heeft direct gereageerd om een vraag.

Apartamento muito acolhedor, com lugar para relaxar no exterior, lugar para estacionamento, ótimas condições, localizado numa zona calma da ilha. Aconselho! Será para repetir certamente. Anfitriões muito simpáticos! Cozinha equipada com tudo o que é preciso no âmbito de umas pequenas férias.

Un alojamiento moderno y cómodo en la parte norte de la isla, bien situado para hacer varias de las rutas de senderismo más famosas (como Caldeirão Verde, Punta de San Lorenzo o Pico Arreiro/Pico Ruivo), y para conocer esta zona de Madeira. Los apartamentos tienen todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable, incluyendo una pequeña cocina y aparcamiento privado en la puerta. Una buena elección.

Nach unserer letzten Bleibe war diese Unterkunft eine wahre Wohltat. Manuel tut alles, um seinen Gästen den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen. Unser Apartment bot ausreichend Platz für Koffer und unsere Sachen, es gibt eine Kücheninsel mit ausreichend Küchenzubehör, dass man sich kleine Speisen zubereiten kann, und ein Grundstock an Gewürzen (Salz, Pfeffer, Olivenöl, Essig, Kräuter) war vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber und schön modern eingerichtet, eine kleine Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Es gibt auch genug Platz zum Parken und, sehr wichtig, ein großes, weiches Bett. Da es im August sehr feucht sein kann, steht ein Luftentfeuchter im Bad, den wir jeden Tag genutzt haben. Auf dem Gelände gibt es eine Waschmaschine und Wäschespinnen. Super: Zu diversen Wanderwegen und auch ins Ortszentrum ist es nicht weit. In der Nähe ist auch ein großer Continento-Supermarkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

The apartment was located within easy walking distance of the town centre, and was well-appointed with everything that we needed to make for a very enjoyable stay. Our host (Manuel) was very pleasant and helpful and the view from the 5 apartments of the mountains was lovely. I liked Santana as was fairly quiet (except carnival day which was fun), but with plenty of facilities, including a large supermarket and numerous places to eat and drink. It was conveniently close to Levada Calde Verde walk which was stunning, and offered other local walks including some coastal ones. As keen walkers, we found Madeira in general an ideal destination with countless possibilities, and if we return then we would stay at Casa do Manuel again

5 studios côte à côte très confortables. Propreté irréprochable. Coin laverie bien pratique. Propriété sécurisée, beau jardin. N’avons pas été gênés par le bruit. Douche hyper agréable après notamment une bonne randonnée. ( Caldeira Verde à proximité)Propriétaire très présent ( il doit y avoir des caméras sur le parking). A peine rentrés Manuel apparait …..probablement a à coeur que ses locataires passent un bon séjour …… Les chiens pour faire référence à un précédent avis c’est partout sur l’île.

Estúdio em excelentes condições, instalações recentes e modernas, limpeza impecável, o espaço estava extremamente limpo, organizado, e aromatizado. Uma nota de 5* também para o Sr Manuel, anfitrião muito atencioso, simpático e prestável. Local sossegado e seguro, perto das casas típicas de Santana, e a cerca de 35min de carro do Funchal.
