以前沒住過如家，但是聽説過，覺得比較大的連鎖酒店應該不錯，定了一間房，花費120，但是住進去遠失所望。 1.沒有一次性馬桶套，沒有洗澡的拖鞋，房間也很小。 2.空調不製冷，8.1號我開16℃才合適，晚上開的20℃，在家我開28℃睡覺。 3.浴室燈光昏暗，沒辦法在鏡子面前化粧。以上，我覺得都還可以接受，畢竟地理位置比較好。所以第二天我又訂了一間房，花費110。一進去我就聞到了一股抹布或者拖把的味道，當場我就噁心嘔了幾下，我覺得可能抹布（或者拖把）沒洗乾淨，所以我給前台説了，希望重新打掃一遍。但是但是但是，最讓人無語的是，前台看了房間之後説，我住進去房間沒法通風，所以水乾不了，衹能這樣，要麼就退房，要麼加錢換個房間。請問，房間不通風是我的問題嗎?是我非要用沒洗乾淨的拖把嗎?我沒説退房，我衹説能不能再打掃一遍，但是他們酒店可傲氣了，您把門關着沒法通風，要不您就退房?呵呵。我當然説退房，然後我再**上退款，選的原因是環境不行，退了兩次，不給我退，非要我打電話給客服，人工幫我退，真牛。
