We spent a week in november at the hotel. The little house was ok but somewhat ”tired” and old. It is a very calm and quiet place nicely situated with lovely view. During our stay the hotel was un-manned wich was ok, but it also meant lack of information. I would not chose this hotel if I had kids or if I had problems walking. There is only one little suoernaket and one restaurant close by, even if there is only approx 2 kilometres to a a lager shop and restaurant I cannot see it suitable for kids or elderly, the climb up to shop and restaurant is extreemely steep. The pool was ok, not heated snd very cold.

Luogo incantevole, appartamento pulito e assistenza impeccabile. Un pó isolato e lontano dalle spiagge, devi avere l’auto per tutto. Ma ne vale la pena se cerchi un posto tranquillo, comunque a 10 minuti dal centro di Puerto de la Cruz e 20 minuti da Stanta Cruz.

Nos ha gustado mucho acabamos de llegar de allí, tuvimos una habitación para los tres con unas vistas increíbles, al llegar nos atendió un chico llamado Ismael que nos dio consejos y súper amable Por poner un pero es que no daban opción desayuno ni cena y no entendemos por qué no vinieron a limpiar habitación en toda la semana, ya que contratamos un hotel

Bonitas instalaciones y buen mantenimiento de las mismas, limpieza correcta y suites con suficiente menaje para pasar unos días. Pasamos una estancia muy cómoda y el personal aunque escaso siempre con una sonrisa.

Its okey, the location is bad, sketchy area around, poor service at the hotel, nothing is included, very little information. But with that said, its a quiet and relaxing area, with nice rooms, little old. ill not come here again, its a no from me

I read some bad reviews here before booking, so I didn’t expect much. But it met all my expectations and even more! Great, great views, a big and clean room, great kitchen. I read about the free buses but I didn’t hear anything about them here. but it cost only 3.3 euros for two persons to Puerto de la Cruz, and the same amount back again. The buses was scheduled around 1 time every hour and the last bus was around 10-11 PM. It was just 20 minutes to drive. I did not order breakfast but maybe I should have, very nice restaurant here. It was few people and very quiet. Perfect temperature and a lot of sun even in December!! Over 20 C every day. 12 euros for spa and 6 for gym, but that’s okey. Great pool. A store just outside with all the essentials. We got fresh towels everyday and all the essentials were in the room, even shampoo! Very clean hotel. Bus was 1.5 hour from the airport because of traffic. I am very satisfied because it was a very cheap trip and such good standards. I don’t see where all the bad reviews are coming from. Very good value for the price.

Hotel à éviter absolument si vous voulez éviter de vous faire arnaquer. Nous avons réservé 5 nuits dans cet hotel, du 28 juin au 3 juillet. Suite à un imprévu familial, nous avons prévenu l hôtel bien à l avance que nous arriverions le 29 seulement. L hôtel, qui est par ailleurs injoignable par téléphone, refuse notre arrivée le 29 alors que nous avons déjà payé les 5 jours du séjour, et refuse le remboursement des 4 jours qu ils refusent d honorer. Nous allons déposer une plainte pour escroquerie.

Perfecto sehr schöne Anlage, sind nun das dritte Jahr dort hin. Hatten uns immer am Flughafen Süd. Der Flughafen Teneriffa Süd ist ein internationaler Verkehrsflughafen auf der zu Spanien gehörenden Insel Teneriffa. Von dort sind wir dann mit einen Leihwagen nach Santa Ursula ins Hotel. Das Essen und das Personal super.
