Diese Unterkunft ist eine absolute Katastrophe und grenzt an systematischen Betrug. Bei meiner Ankunft wurde mir der Zugang verweigert, wenn ich nicht sofort zusätzliche, nicht vorher angekündigte Kosten bezahle – darunter Stromkosten außerhalb der offiziellen Saison. Der versprochene WLAN-Zugang existiert nicht, weder im Zimmer noch in den öffentlichen Bereichen. Die Kaution von 200 € wurde trotz nachweislich nicht genutzter Unterkunft nicht zurückerstattet – eine klare Bereicherungsabsicht. Ich habe Beweise und rechtliche Schritte eingeleitet. Laut anderen Bewertungen handelt es sich nicht um einen Einzelfall, sondern um ein wiederholtes Muster von Täuschung und Kautionsbetrug. Teilweise wird auch über gestohlene Gegenstände aus den Apartments berichtet. Fazit: Finger weg! Wer hier bucht, riskiert Geldverlust, Frust und rechtliche Auseinandersetzungen. Diese Unterkunft sollte sofort aus allen Buchungsplattformen entfernt werden.

Ótima estadia
Pontos positivos: ótima localização e boa estrutura do quarto. Check in foi flexível. Comunicação com a recepção foi boa. Cama confortável. Disponibilizam guarda-sol. Piscina excelente.
Pontos negativos: banheiro no primeiro dia estava fedendo esgoto. Não possui estacionamento e na alta temporada é difícil achar vaga na rua.

La verdad que las fotos están muy bien tomadas... La estancia es mucho más pequeña. Nos tocó un salón donde también estaban la cama y el sofá cama y la cocina, con todo muy justito... Los balcones tienen una mesa y dos sillas pero de adorno...allí no se puede sentar nadie de lo justo que está. Algo bueno...está relativamente cerca del centro.

Agradable, limpio y buena ubicación. Cama muy cómoda y equipado con lo indispensable. Personal amable, aportando todas las explicaciones y con una sonrisa ( Manuela) . Todo correcto. Bicicletas disponibles . Como pegas, no tiene microondas, la cafetera no va con la placa de induccion y efectivamente el wifi no va muy bien... Aún así, yo si lo recomendaria..

I was ROBBED at Cristal Blu! I stayed at Cristal Blu for 3 weeks, the bedroom was nice, it was well equipped, but the Wi-Fi was just horrible!! I couldn’t use it on the bed, and end up buying extra 5G myself. What’s worse, unfortunately when I left I forgot 3 pieces of clothing. At the time I realized this, and went back to the hotel, my clothes were ‘missing’ and just one ‘appeared’ on the room - said the cleaning lady -, when I know they were all together. I’m 100% sure I was robbed, which made my stay very unpleasant at the end. Not professional at all!!

It's just okay, room dated, Loveholidays didn't advise of the €60 professional cleaning fee which must be paid, €20 city tax, €200 deposit, no towels in room, pay €10 for rent of a towel to have a shower, room not cleaned and you must bring your own rubbish down three flights of stairs and segregate it into 5 different bin types in a smelly shed, pluses being its central and quiet, reception closed from 1 to 5 pm so you can't even drop your bags, I was forced to carry them around for 3 hours in the sweltering heat, I wouldn't stay again but the receptionship girls were lovely and did a good job, for the younger travellers be aware you need an extra €300 just to cover the fees and refundable €200 deposit.

Ciao sono Anna, anche quest'anno sono tornata con la mia famiglia, mio marito e mio figlio di 12 anni in questo posto meraviglioso, il club esse Sporting vicino alla spiaggia pelosa. È il settimo anno che ritorniamo e devo dire che rispetto all'anno scorso ci sono stati notevoli miglioramenti, a partire dal ricevimento col gentilissimo e professionale Nando che ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili alla vacanza e era sempre attento e presente nel soddisfare le nostre richieste ed esigenze. Questo anno le stanze sono più pulite hanno il copri materasso che ne ha altri anni non c'era e devo ringraziare anche a Toni lo chef che è sempre migliore e ringraziamo a tutti quanti grazie per la meravigliosa vacanza qui noi ci troviamo tutti i anni con dei nostri amici ... una famiglia di Brescia e una famiglia di val d'Aosta e ci troviamo benissimo grazie di cuore anche al direttore.Un abbraccio forte a tutti lo staff

Abbiamo soggiornato la scorsa estate in questo residence ma non ho un bel ricordo della gestione. La struttura è tenuta abbastanza bene, la piscina pulita, i locali interni insomma… il nostro appartamento non era pulitissimo…aveva un misero stendino fuori dalla finestra mezzo rotto e un materasso scomodissimo. La signora che lo gestisce dovrebbe fare un altro mestiere…premetto che nel voucher dell’agenzia c’era scritto che erano compresi anche gli asciugamani, lei ce li ha fatti pagare…noi abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni all’agenzia e un’altra ragazza ci ha restituito i soldi e lei ci ha richiamato per farceli ripagare! Inoltre la mattina non arrivava mai all’orario riportato alla reception e una mattina l’abbiamo sentita rispondere male a dei clienti che stavano parcheggiando vicino all’entrata per scaricare le valige! Insomma, il posto ne potrebbe anche valere…spero solo che nel frattempo abbiano cambiato la persona che lo gestisce!
