Ein wuderschönes Hotel, leider mit 1-2 Problemen. Das Hotel liegt im wunderschönen Santa Teresa, wirklich nur ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt. Das Zimmer ist super, der Service der Reinigung ist genial und auch das Frühstück ist super, wenn man den Service vom Frühstück nicht dazuzählt. Leider gibt es zuwenig Liegestühle im eigenen Bereich, so dass man schnell mal 30 Fr für den etwas besseren Bereich zahlen muss - finde ich unnötig, da dieser Platz ja auch dem Hotel gehört, reine geldmacherei. Ja und dann gibt es dirt noch eine blonde Frau, die ihr Arbeit nicht liebt und sehr hochnäsig die Kunden bearbeitet. Schade… Leider muss ich auch noch über die Herren im Service was sagen, es geht nicht, dass msn über Kunden lacht, italienisch spricht und man meint, es versteht niemand. Der Service ist beim Frühstück katastrophal!!! Ich finde es so schade, dass diese Leute ein so tolles Hotel kaputt machen.

Ei rahalle vastinetta
Deluxe-huoneessa ei ollut luvattua kalustettua parveketta, vaan ranskalainen parveke ja vain osittainen merinäköala. Viikko huoneessa maksoi 2100 euroa, joten olimme pettyneitä joustamattomaan palveluun huoneenvaihtopyynnöstä huolimatta. Sijainti oli upea ja aamiainen hyvä.

Tutto lo staff si e’ mostrato disponibile, cordiale e molto professionale dalla reception (menzione particolare per il buon Antonio),al personale delle pulizie,ai camerieri e al manager del ristorante.Un ringraziamento speciale al Direttore Angelo che ci ha viziato e fatto sentire come dei veri VIP. superbe vue sur la mer et sur la côte de diano marina personnel aux petits soins et très gentils cuisine italienne délicieuse que ce soit pour le déjeuner ou le dîner Piscine très agréable , au calme et au soleil Petit faible pour les transats sur la jetée qui donne sur la mer chambrés très confortables avec vue sur la terrasse de l hôtel et sur la mer

Es war sehr sauber und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut!
Das Personal war sehr freundlich!
Die Zimmern waren sauber nur eines war sehr störend wenn der Wind gegangenen ist dann haben wir immer was gehört, sowas wie ein Klopfer. Als ob irgendwas gegen die Fassade schlug! Bein schlafen war das sehr störend!

Schöne saubere Zimmer, tolles Frühstück, Liegen und Handtücher inbegriffen. Hotel direkt am Strand.
Parkmöglichkeiten leider sehr teuer. Getränke an der Hotelbar leider auch sehr teuer.

This hotel was absolutely stunning. The property itself and the rooms were immaculate. The breakfast that is offered is delicious! They provide free beach towels as well as an option for free chairs or $30 chairs on the beach in a private area with a great view! We had a few bumps in our itinerary that had nothing to do with the hotel and they were so helpful in accommodating our needs. The two front desk women (Alice and another woman who we didn’t catch her name, short hair with glasses and beautiful were INCREDIBLY kind and helpful) we thank you so much! Festus was another employee who was so kind and helpful for our beach needs. Luca at the bar was another favorite of ours. We cannot thank everyone enough! Stay at this hotel, you won’t be disappointed!
