Sebbene la struttura sia un po' lontana dalla reception, al residence non manca niente ed è in posizione strategica e tranquilla. La ragazza della reception è molto gentile e professionale. L' appartamento è un po' datato, ma è carino e funzionale. Probabilmente servirebbe una doccia migliore e più moderna ma solo per essere pignoli! Dovessimo tornare in vacanza sceglieremo ancora Le Pavoncelle o in generale il gruppo

L'appartamento di per se non è male, anche se non nuovo è ben tenuto, la cucina è nuova e con piastra ad induzuione, letto comodo, vani e armadi a sufficienza, aria condizionata vecchiotta ma ancora abbastanza efficiente. Veniamo ora al motivo delle tre stelle: il mio appartamento si trovava a ridosso di una strada trafficata, Via Pertini, per cui c'era molto rumore tutto il giorno, meglio gli appartamenti affacciati sulla strada quasi parallela(Via Trento), inoltre si sentivano tutto il giorno rumori dovuto, penso, all'impianto idraulico, ogni volta che qualcuno usava l'acqua si sentivano fischi a volte molto fastidiosi. La posizione è strategica per la spesa, c'è un Eurospin a pochi passi e un ristorante pizzeria ottimo, La Lanterna. Risulta abbastanza lontano da qualsiasi spiaggia ma a Santa Teresa è così ovunque, il marwe è facilemtne accessibile solo per pochi privilegiati o a costi abnormi

Alloggio carino e ben accessoriato. Pulizia adeguata. A disposizione una grande e comoda terrazza. Comodo per raggiungere a piedi il paese con negozi e supermercati e la spiaggia Rena Bianca. Un po' rumorosa la strada attigua. Soggiorno nel complesso piacevole

Buona posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di santa teresa di gallura, appartamento semplice ma con tutto il necessario per la propria vacanza. Il ck in si effettua al residence i mirti bianchi. Personale molto gentile e appartamento pulito.

Abbiamo alloggiato in un appartamento al secondo e ultimo piano con una bellissima terrazza coperta con vista su Santa Teresa. Vicinissimo negozi e supermercati molto comodo per le gite con partenza dal porto a 5 minuti a piedi. Il residence è un po' distante dalla spiaggia ma con 15 minuti di passeggiata si arriva tranquillamente, al ritorno Un po' di fatica nel primo tratto con salita ripida per il resto nessun problema. Ottima posizione di partenza per raggiungere le molte spiagge della zona in otto/15 minuti. Nel complesso bella esperienza

Appartamento pulito dotato di tutti i comfort, con ampio terrazzo, aria condizionata e posizione strategica a due passi dal mercato di Santa Teresa di Gallura. Abbiamo soggiornato per 9 giorni insieme al nostro cane, esperienza che consiglio in quanto a pochi minuti si trova la spiaggia di Porto Quadro in cui i cani sono bene accetti!

Hanno voluto 70 euro x la pulizia poi sopra al frigo polvere dentro i cassetti idem armadio in camera emanava un odore di muffa ,cabina della doccia se sei bello robusto non entri dentro a fare la doccia che peccato cmq vacanza passata,ma non da consigliare
