Maison Margherita

We booked this accommodation through *********** whose description whilst accurate was incomplete. In the first instance the accommodation is difficult to find as it is tucked away behind an Estate Agent with only a discrete sign at the entrance. We arrived at the B&B accommodation which had a large breakfast room/lounge to be told that we were in an apartment across the road as our bookings did not include the breakfast option which we knew. The apartment was above a Spar supermarket! However, the accommodation was actually really good and very spacious with a large balcony. The rooms had been recently refurbished and were well equipped. There was a very friendly host to meet us and show us the apartment. The owner called us to check that we were happy. There is a daily cleaner which was a pleasant surprise. We had access to a washing machine and a clothes airer outside so we were able to catch up on washing in the middle of our holiday. The location is good for walking into the centre of town. We felt that the price was good value.
