It took us more than an hour to check in, the dining room is a bit confusing, it's not easy to find a spoon, there are huge lines to get coffee, it wouldn't cost much to put in another machine, the bathrooms have a bathtub, it needs a little repair, I think that It can't be a 4 star, a 3 would be more appropriate

The staff are unfriendly, and the rooms are not clean. The cooks handle raw chicken then touch the cooked food with the same gloves as they put it on your plate and the platters. The pool area smells of sewage and there are noisy diggers and drilling outside the rooms from 8am to 6pm. This holiday was a waste of money, couldn't wait to go home.

Hotel was clean but some staff quite abrupt. We were given room on top floor which was like an attic room and tiny. Asked to change but was told hotel was full and it wasn't possible. There was a poker series final taking place and everything was geared towards them. Lots of heavy smokers everywhere and the smell of cigarettes even came into our room via the air con I'm assuming and it stank. Was told a machine would be put in room to get rid of smell but it didn't. Pool was approx 2 degrees and almost impossible to use. Food ok but food times very busy. Not sure I would return as I felt like the English weren't liked by the staff. It was more aimed at French. None of advertised entertainment happened in day. All inclusive is from 11-11 so you have to pay for coffee etc before then.

Tout d’abord merci aux services de chambre rien à dire sur vous bravo. L’animation franchement 3/10 La restauration c’est une honte oui une honte de voir que il y a plus de pain pour manger le 27/10/2024 au soir et plus de saumon alors que le groupe 1 a bien manger le groupe 2 de 20h ne trouve plus rien . Cela n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoile 🌟 franchement 3 étoile ok pas de soucis. Je déconseille cet hôtel qui est pour la qualité / prix moyen

I've stopped at some poor hotels but this is by far the worst one some staff was ok others so rude the food was the same everyday and was luke warm we went all inclusive and a section of the bar was cordoned off for us to use but not open till 11am and people paying got served beer from different pumps and you could see the difference ours lost the head within minutes and was served in a 1/3 of a pint glasses but the others paying had proper pint glasses and the head stayed on it till the last mouthful showing ours was watered down the waiting staff came round collecting empty glasses so I said could I have 2 beers they brought them from the paying peoples pumps and put them on the table with a bill so I showed him my inclusive bank and he took them away. We had to pay €7 for kettle hire. €10 each for the inclusive wristbands which you got back when they cut the band off at the end of the holiday we had no water in the hot tap and they did nothing about it.no English TV channels and they had taken the menu button out of the remote to stop you tuning it .when we booked it was a 4 * but after a few days found out they had been bought by another chain who's hotels are all 3* and yes you could tell and wasn't prepared to issue any kind of refund

Excellent food. Clean hotel in beautiful grounds. A chilled atmosphere and lovely surroundings, really well situated for transport, train and bus links right on the door step and a lovely meander into the town of Santa Susanna. The staff are all super friendly and really appreciate it when you try to speak the language. Breakfast was varied and well cooked. Excellent bread! Loads of selection. Will Definately come again! We went for a paella cooking class which was fantastic!

This is the second time we have stayed here. We love the location The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and the pool area is well maintained. Without a doubt the star of the show is the food. The choice and quality of food that is provided is excellent. Compliments to the chefs! The only negative point I can think of is regarding the sun beds. Some of them are extremely uncomfortable and would benefit from being either refurbished or replaced.

La chambre est très propre, les fenêtres bien hermétiques, on entend pas les animations extérieures qui sont importantes, par contre les cloisons sont un peu minces on entend beaucoup les bruits au dessus et sur les côtés. Le restaurant est un peu à l'étroit pas facile de circuler autour des plats et des tables. Le hall n'est pas très spacieux. La nourriture est très basique.

On arrival a lovely gentleman served us then we got 2 our room omg I was so disappointed as we paid for a four star and it looks pretty down stairs but the room we got is no better than a two star , I new it was shaped oddly but that's putting it mildly its like a storage room up on the top floor turned into a double room. I went back down to reception asked for another room as that one was unacceptable. They didn't care , I told them I was not happy with this . I never write reviews but I feel I have to because its a disgrace and really don't want to stay here for two weeks and would not like anyone else to be dumped with this room . This hotel should be ashamed of themselves.
