Just returned from a week at the Odissea Park in Santa Susanna. We had a 1 bedroom apartment (room 305) for us and our 14 year old son. The apartment was spacious and modern with lots of wardrobe space and a very generous shower room. The beds in the bedroom and the sofa bed which my son slept on were super comfortable and we all had great sleep for the whole week. The room had a balcony which was huge and got the afternoon sun so was perfect. Pool area is not huge but we always got sun beds and even got the pool to ourselves earlier in the day. Good thing is the pool is open until 8pm so we often had a swim later in the day when it was cooler. Pool bar was great for snacks and cocktails and was never too busy. Underneath the hotel there is a shop which includes a supermarket and you get a 10% off card when you check in. All in all we had a brilliant week - very relaxing and couldn’t have asked for more for our first trip to this part of Spain 😊

Nos ha gustado muchísimo el aparthotel. Todo lo que necesitábamos amplio y muy limpio. Un sitio q recomendaría tanto para parejas o familias . El trato ha sido increíble y todo lo que necesitábamos lo teníamos disponible. Muchas gracias por toda la atención.

Very friendly and helpful staff, spotless hotel, lovely crisp clean simple decor. Room cleaned every day with fresh linen and towels. plenty of loungers by pool. Kettle, coffee machine, hob and all the utensils you might need. Only short walk to beach. Small supermarket very close by and a good choice of restaurants, would highly recommend.

Recently stayed at this hotel, as a whole the experience was positive. Main hotel was clean and tidy, and staff were friendly. Our room was a deluxe self catering apartment, very spacious and clean, even though our room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke when we arrived. The room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels etc. Pool area was lovely and clean, the biggest downside was that even though it says no smoking around the pool, many guests did smoke in the pool area, and as it isn't very large pool area, you couldn't escape the cigarette smoke. No staff members challenged these guests even after I raised a concern, and there were young children in this area. They need to challenge these guests and make the no smoking signs bigger, so all guests can enjoy their pool time. We were on the 3rd floor next to the door to exit the building for the lift and this door did not have a soft closing mechanism, so everytime anyone used this door it slammed so loud that our whole apartment shook and would make us jump, we did ask at reception if this could be looked at on numerous occasions and well not quite a solution but on 6th day someone put a piece of cardboard under the door to prop it open, which was ok while the cardboard stayed there. (Which it didnt)

Appartement super cosy. Kitchenette, table, chaises, dolce gusto, micro ondes et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Niveau espace suffisant pour 4 personnes. Lits super confortables, nous avons rarement dormi aussi bien dans un hôtel. Propreté au top. Lits faits tous les jours, essuies changés, salle de bain nettoyée. Personnel adorable. Ma fille avait froid la nuit car elle dormait dans le salon et l'airco étant nécessaire pour notre chambre, pas le choix que de le faire fonctionner...les dames ont tt de suite apporté 2 plaids bien chauds. Très grande terrasse bien agréable avec table et 4 chaises. Nous avons pris option petit déjeuner, pas un énorme choix mais correcte. Supermarché juste en dessous de l'hôtel, avec ce qu'il faut.de basique, sinon magasin Carrefour de l'autre côté de la grand route. Bar de la piscine sympa avec un personnel très sympa, prix correctes. Un petit plus pour Miriam la serveuse qui s'est décarcassée car nous aimons la baguette le matin et ils n'en servent pas, elle nous a aussi conseillé sur les restos, les parkings en ville, un abrazo a miriam eres estupenda ♥️ Petite piscine mais avec pas mal de transats. Bref très chouette apart hôtel, nous reviendrons. Pour les amoureux de la plage, il faut marcher au moins 15 mn car elle se trouve de l'autre côté de la route séparée par une voie ferrée. Situation : au bout de la promenade, au calme, entouré d'hôtels assez bruyants mais pas dérangeants.

Stayed with a friend from Donegal from the 3rd of May.Great stay from checking in. Cleaning staff was lovely. Big shout out to Lottie. Plenty of towel changes over the week. The beds were so comfortable. The apartment had everything for self catering. The bathroom had a lovely shower. Just be careful getting out as it was a bit slippy.The balcony was so big.Stayed in 109 which was just over from the hallway from the restaurant and pool. Big shout out to the lovely staff in the restaurant including Michelle who served lovely food, cocktails and sangria. The pool was cold but loads of sun beds around. A bit of an issue on the Friday night which was resolved within 2 hours. Would recommend people to stay there. We will be back.
