First the positives - the weather and the pool area, lovely That said, more negatives for myself and my teenage daughter who have just returned home. The food is not up to scratch - cooked breakfast was cold - lunch and dinner not up to standard of a supposed 4 star hotel. The noise from the hotel next door was simply awful - banging music until 23.30 every night which was not what we wanted from our holiday! Be mindful about what side of the hotel your room is in, otherwise bring ear plugs! Rooms were OK with no issues but no tea/coffee making facilities atal. Coffee only available at lunchtime in the restaurant and (silly as it sounds) no English breakfast tea anywhere to be found. We will not be returning and had we been aware of the negatives, would have booked to stay elsewhere.

Nice first impression, very welcoming at reception. Great location, close to beach, treinstation, bike renting... Food was a lot of variation!! And a lot! Evening shows, some good , some a bit less , day cocktail great idea! The fitness area was also great, you had to pay for it but worth the money. The whole hotel very clean, in the rooms, public areas, swimming pool, But big plus is the staff!!! Not even one of them was in a bed mood, always very friendly and prepared to answer any questions. Hardworking people on every domain, that is such a great feeling!! Feels like being spoiled every day! Bug thanks to them!

Points positifs : Parking à disposition moyennant un supplément mais très utile en cette saison. Positionnement de l'hôtel, près de la plage, de la promenade et de la gare pour se rendre à Barcelone. Points négatifs : hôtel de grosse capacité donc beaucoup de monde pour dîner même si je dois reconnaitre que c'est bien organisé pour le placement et que le personnel fait de son mieux. Compte tenu de l'affluence, assiettes non débarrassées au fur et à mesure et qui s'entassent sur les tables. Le personnel fait ce qu'il peut mais trop grosse capacité d'accueil. Chambre premium qui doit normalement offrir des prestations sup mais pas de chaussons, un frigo vide (alors que spécifié dans la réservation de l'agence de réservation mini bar), et surtout emplacement donné derrière l'ascenseur ! Pas top pour une chambre dite "premium". Donc premium signifie seulement emplacement sur la piscine et vue lointaine sur la mer. En conclusion, disons que pour un hôtel 4 étoiles sup avec choix d'une chambre premium je m'attendais à d'autres prestations, que j'ai pu avoir avoir sur des hôtels de cette catégorie.

Agréable séjour, buffet d'excellente qualité, animations, piscine avec spa, personnel disponible tout est réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances ou un maxi week-end. Certes c'est une vision peu objective puisque c'est notre 5eme séjour, à des périodes différentes 😉

C’est la deuxième fois que nous passons nos vacances là-bas (2 adultes et 2 enfants), et c’est toujours un réel plaisir. Le lieu est tout simplement magnifique : cadre idyllique, ambiance agréable, tout est réuni pour se détendre et profiter. Mention spéciale pour : • La cuisine délicieuse • La piscine et les activités pour toute la famille • Le spa, un vrai moment de détente • Et surtout, un service irréprochable Le personnel est attentionné, professionnel et très accueillant. Un immense merci à M. Robert, le maestro de la salle, à Hamza, Mme Roberto et Antonia et tous les membres de l’hôtel pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons, c’est sûr ! À refaire sans hésitation
