Great location in beautiful Santa Rosa but not much more to say other than that. The rooms were tiny with no space outside of the bed and a small table. I was personally did not see the value of the 2 entrances into the room with one leading only out to the parking lot. I only stayed 1 night and felt it was enough. The bathroom was fantastic though and felt almost as big as the entire room itself. Overall I felt it was over costed for the experience.

We love staying at this hotel. The pool is spectacular, having access to the gym area next door is a real plus, and the restaurant bar has delicious drinks. The rooms are clean with a few amenities. Very well located to whatever you need within Santa Rosa.

Lovely resort that was cozy with great amenities. Nice location and cozy room. Felt the resort fee was a rip-off and downside was the walls were not soundproof. You could hear people talking and walking all night.

I'm writing this at 6:23am on a Sunday because I've been awake since 5:49am due to door slamming on either side of my room, repeatedly, yet randomly so that I am unable to fall back asleep. Hell, I can't even lay here with my eyes closed, resting, because I feel like I'm in the most comfortable classroom ever because BAM! BAM! Because it's not just one door, it's TWO. I'm located at the end of a hallway on the first floor, and my room has two entrances, both of which are next to the doors leading to the outside parking lots. Over 10 people have left. Or maybe it's the same people going from the parking lot and back but it doesn't matter. I'm awake. I walked to the front desk for coffee but no one was there, and the only employees around spoke Spanish and acted like they still couldn't understand me when I switched to California Spanlish and I held my coffee cup asking, "¿Cafe?" Maybe if your room isn't located at the end of the hallway on the bottom floor, and you don't have to interact with the few enployees available, you'll have a better experience than me. Room is cute, bed is firm yet comfortable, and it's a damn shame that I am actually away from my real life for the first time in nearly a year and all I wanted was to sleep til 8am. This place is very expensive for my budget and I feel completely ripped off. I came for a friend's birthday party and while the food was delicious and the vibe is super fun, hard NOPE on ever returning. After writing this, we are well past 20 door slams. Oh, and the coffee bar in the room is located in the closet - this is fine except there is no outlet to plug in the tea kettle so you get to hunt for electrical outlets and move appliances on your vacation as well.
