We’ve stayed in a few budget motels while criss-crossing California on a long road trip - and this was easily the worst of them. We don’t mind basic but we can’t handle outright filthy and this place had us wondering whether we could sleep in the bed. The sheets were stained, there was a clump of dark hair on one of the pillows and my partner even said she was going to sleep on her beach towel to avoid touching the bed! Eventually I asked for a change of sheets, we remade the (uncomfortable) bed and slept uneasily. The free breakfast is a sugary packaged pastry (don’t bother). The manager was friendly (which gets it from 1 to 2 stars) but I recommend you avoid.

Great location not far from 101 hwy. Clean property and room. Newly installed LVT floor and shower were a great upgrade!
However, the beds were very uncomfortable. Mattress was very hard, pillows needed to be replaced, blanket was thin and did not warm at all. I woke up tired and couldn't wait to get off the bed.

Ok stay...
The room was clean, although the floor was not. I stayed 2 nights and the keycard had to be re-programmed for second day. Bed was not very comfortable and the metal base was loud when you get up or accidently kick it while sitting on bed. Room has been upgraded, but like other motels, the faucet didn't fit the sink.

The room was clean and had the basics we needed (microwave, refrigerator, etc.) We chose this place because of its nearness to the Luther Burbank Arts Center, where we were going for a show. We just needed a place to rest after a long drive, and have a meal before the show. This place was just fine and not expensive. It looked like the bathroom had recently been remodeled. It was a hot day, but the room was nice and cool. I wondered if the staff had set the A/C to cool it down for us. We would come back here again.
