Vous nous remercierez 😀 L’endroit est fabuleux et authentique, vous passerez une expérience unique dans le cœur d’une ferme de café tenue par Alexandra et Lucas tous deux d’une bienveillance rare et généreuse. Tout ici est raffiné, décoré du meilleur goût. Les repas servis sont sains élaborés avec amour et excellents. Merci aux deux adorables cuisinières. Nous avons beaucoup aimé les livres posés ici et là. La philosophie écologique également. Et le café on en parle ? Venez vivre une expérience unique en récoltant, et en suivant tout le procédé du café et en apprenant tout avec Lucas. Un guide génial au nom de David, assure si vous le souhaitez, un café-tour super intéressant. Alors ça vous tente ?

Un séjour inoubliable ! La visite complète se processus de la première grainé à la tasse ! Un peu paradisiaque, ,la vue , l’accueil,les repas ,tout fut exceptionnel ! Sans parler de la gentillesse des hôtes ! Le soucis du détail en prime !!!!!

Quelle surprise en arrivant à l’hacienda ! Un accueil incroyable ! Une vue époustouflante et la visite du café exceptionnelle par Alejandra et Mélanie !! Nous avons même fait la cueillette du café et elles nous ont montré tout le processus ! Puis la dégustation par Lucas comme si nous étions à un cours d’œnologie ! Bravo à vous 3 et bien sûr aux 2 excellentes cuisinières !!! Les chambres très mignonnes et propres et un balcon pour admirer la vue incroyable !

Una experiencia increíble, inolvidable y memorable! Es un lugar espectacular, atendido por personas muy serviciales, amables y que se anticipan a cada situación para mejorar la estadía. Se esmeran por complacer y que todos los huéspedes estén felices. La comida es deliciosa y organizan menús teniendo en cuenta restricciones alimentarias. Una vista increíble y el tour de café es imperdible. Un lugar hermoso y perfecto para descansar y recargar energía. Completamente recomendado!

Visite très intéressante de l’hacienda, guidée en français par Diego. Nous avons pu participer à la cueillette des grains de café et voir tout le processus de préparation jusqu’à avant la torréfaction. Nous avons également participé à une dégustation, comparable à celle que nous ferait un œnologue qui voudrait nous faire découvrir un vin : flagrance, odeur, arôme… c’était vraiment très instructif. Nous y avons également pris un repas : riz, pomme de terre, banane plantain, manioc, poulet, œuf, chorizo : enveloppés dans des feuilles de bananier pour rester chaud. La chambre était très jolie, propre, avec balcon donnant sur les plantations de café et les montagnes environnantes. Une expérience inoubliable !!

If you're curious, the only way to understand is by experiencing it yourself—book a stay and find your own answer, which will likely drive you to pile another five-star rating and a feeling of nostalgia from the moment you leave.

L’hospitalité personnifiée ! Il y a des lieux magiques par leur emplacement, leur vue, leur beauté, leur calme…la Hacienda c’est tout cela avec en prime la personnalité, la chaleur, l’attention des propriétaires : Luca et Alexandra. Il y a un seul bémol, c’est de n’avoir séjourner qu’une seule nuit !! À deux couples, nous avons passé un moment unique, hors des sentiers battus avec notamment la visite de la plantation de cafés. Ludique et culturel, il y a tant à apprendre sur le café et pourtant je suis un amateur…Un conseil ne passez pas votre chemin sur cette activité. Que dire du pdj et des repas : du goût, de l’émotion avec des ingrédients simples mais sublimés. Ce couple a tout compris du concept de l’agro tourisme ! J’adhère.

We were greeted with such kindness and this continued throughout our stay. The owners, Lucas and Alejandra, were fantastic! They were so accommodating and helpful throughout our travels in Colombia. Chef Carmi is so friendly and her home cooked meals were so delicious, healthy and fresh! They were really knowledgeable of their coffee and land. We enjoyed great conversations around the fire pit at night. They served their exquisite Anima Coffee every morning and it was so tasty. We really enjoy our coffee tour and stay. Our room had a beautiful view of the Andean Mountains, beautiful decorated, very clean, spacious, quiet safe and comfortable. Everyone was so helpful and answered all of our questions. Our Cocora Valley and City Tour with Sergio was so much fun and had such a beautiful experience. We definitely recommend staying there for at least three nights as there is so much to explore! Thank you for being so welcoming and inspiring. It truly felt like home. Will be coming back to visit the Termales Santa Rosa De Cabal hot springs!
