Nothing like having your reservation CANCELLED as you are on the way to stay there. There was nothing in the online booking saying that kids were not allowed and it wasn’t until your staff had an oversight via phone conversation and forgot to ask if we had kids that we were told they were unwelcome to use the pool. Unprofessional and rude staff. Thanks for ruining our family weekend getaway.

This boutique hotel is even better in person than the pictures online show! The rooms are spacious, very clean, and decorated so nice! Also the bed and linens are comfy! We will definitely stay here again! 5 stars for sure!!
