Very helpful and friendly staff, always with a smile and willing to help. Impeccable and comfortable memory foam mattresses. Bed linen is changed twice a week. Towels are changed 3 times a week and more frequently if you wish. The kitchen is adequate and modern. Lots of sun loungers on immaculate terraces. Lovely clean pool with lifeguard. Lots of places to eat nearby, right at the entrance there is a burger joint with the best burgers I have ever eaten in my life, try the Sun Burger smash, crazy, and my boyfriend tried the Vegan one and was amazed. Supermarkets 50 meters away. Very central, beautiful views of the beach. We have already booked for next year.

Well once again we had a wonderful holiday in Santa Ponsa at the end of October and stayed at the Sun Beach Hotel. A great experience. What lovely staff from reception staff to cleaners. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely apartment on the 8th floor with a sea view. The apartment was spotless and the spacious rooms were great. We had lovely weather by the pool and as it was October we had no problem getting a sun lounger. The hotel has a great location at the top of the town giving you easy access to all parts of Santa Ponsa.

Increíble ubicación y excelentes apartamentos. Nos alojamos aquí por 4 noches a finales de Agosto para un viaje en Pareja. Cerca de la playa, bares y restaurantes. Los apartamentos están muy bien equipados y el personal amable y servicial definitivamente regresará.

Brilliant hotel, lovely big room with kitchenette. Very central location. Used the local buses a lot going to Palma, Magaluf and Valldemossa, brilliant service. Lots of praise for Marta who was amazing. She checked us in and always stopped us to see how we were getting on. She is a real asset to the hotel. Would definitely stay here again xxxx

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza in famiglia con due bimbe piccole a Santa Ponsa al Sun Beach Posizione centrale puoi raggiungere tutto a piedi,mare e spiaggia bellissima propio adatta ai bambini. Camere pulite, staff cordiale per qualsiasi esigenze e soprattutto Marta ha saputo darci tutte le informazioni necessarie.

Stayed here a week with my husband and 2 teenagers. The location is fab and bar area and reception area very nice . The beds are pretty uncomfortable and the sunbeds round the pool need updated but it is a 3 star hotel so I wasn't expecting anymore . We had a bit of an issue with a bad smell and a few cockroaches in apartment but once I said to reception they cleaned the room daily and got rid of the smell. Big shout out to Marta on reception she was just brilliant for start to finish. Service with a smile . She definitely is a credit to sun beach hotel .

From check in to departure it is not possible to say anything negative about this hotel. Every member of staff from management to cleaners were polite and helpful in the extreme. Hotel perfectly positioned overlooking the beach and sea. Many, many bars and restaurants right outside the doors. If you turn left you hit party town, not our cup of tea but many appeared to be enjoying it. Turn right for quieter bars and eateries of which there are many. We had a 7th floor apartment which was plenty big enough for us. A decent lounge diner with kitchen area, fully equipped for self catering. Large bedroom with huge bed plentiful wardrobe space for all. Modern bathroom which was immaculate. Outside the door a private patio with sunbeds and outdoor furniture meant you did not have to move if you did not want. Bedding and towels changed every other day and cleaners were fastidious. Pool area and sun deck with plentiful loungers for all. Pool bar run by the lovely Michelle was well priced and very comfortably furnished. Very good supermarket within 100M meant self catering was very easy. A special shout out for the brilliant Marta who remembers everything and nothing is too much trouble.

We have stayed here several times,and the location is perfect for most shops,bars,and restaurants,and mainly that the beach is just a few minutes walk away,Marta our receptionist who checked us in,is an asset to the sun beach,she is professional but also displays excellent people skills,we found her always pleasant and informative,went above and beyond her job description,and the reason is because she genuinely loves her job and it shows..Sunburger and Bloody Mary’s are now taken over by the hotel and located at the entrance,both have good food options,and when you show your room keycard entitles you to 10%discount.We will definitely return next year.

Lovely hotel, nice staff, great view ( from floor 9, which was ours ) spotlessly clean. Right in the middle of the Main Street with bars and restaurants, but very quiet too. W e are disabled and had mobility scooters which we took with us, no problem, we had our own a parking and charging area, Just one quirky thing, to get to our apartment we used the lift to the third floor, then across the “ bridge “ to the next lift up to the seventh floor, then through a passageway to the next lift up to the ninth floor ! Sounds like a right palarver, but it wasn’t it was ok. Don’t be put off. Anyway definitely going to go again, it was great.
