Amazing Hotel, Very welcoming staff.  Room are small especially the shower but can’t let this spoil the rest of the hotel.  Breakfast choice and quality was one of the best for a buffet offering.

Perfect hotel for a getaway in Majorca as a couple, we will repeat!

This is a lovely hotel, with friendly and helpful hotel staff. Check in was nice and easy when we arrived, unsure what check in time is from as we arrived around 7:30 but check out is 12 noon. The room we had was a twin set up which I requested as I travelled with my daughter, it was on the cosy side space wise with wardrobe space, a fridge, safe, desk and chair, tv, en-suite and a balcony. The room does not have tea or coffee making facilities but you can buy hot drinks at the bar. We thought the room had air-con (as advertised) and that we just weren’t very good with using it as it was putting out hot air, until we went to reception and were told, it’s not air-con, it’s heating, so I’m confused as to whether there is any aircon or not. We were fortunate enough to have a room with the balcony overlooking the pool and the balcony was a little suntrap. The pool has the sun on it most of the day from about 10:30 to around 19:30. Pool towels can be hired for a refundable €5 per towel deposit. We booked a comfort room which was advertised with a terrace and aircon but what we were allocated was a double room however this may be because I emailed prior to arrival to request twin set up and a pool view and it appears the comfort rooms with terrace are further away from the pool, so I can’t comment on whether we would have got what we booked if I hadn’t emailed, but we were still happy with our room and view. Breakfast is from 8-12 with a good selection of hot and cold foods and drinks available however the hot plates don’t keep the food very hot unfortunately. The bar opens around 5pm (so between breakfast finishing and the bar opening, you can’t get a drink) and closes at 10pm. The hotel has a spa menu also, which we didn’t use so can’t really comment on, but it seems to have a good selection of treatments available. The location is good, it seems to be a quieter and more relaxed resort. There is a supermarket just a 2 minute walk away, plenty of smaller shops, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants and it’s only a short walk of about 5/10 minutes to get to the beach.

It’s an ok hotel and nothing more, the staff were helpful and the hotel was kept clean. Breakfast was good with sufficient choice, and we liked the extended hours until 12 noon The room we stayed in was small but this was expected and although we had seen pictures we did think there would be a little more storage space The location to everything was good, especially buses and restaurants plus within easy walking distance from the sea

My experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The hallways were filthy, with carpets that looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The sunbeds by the pool were stained and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The rooms were even worse—there was a constant damp, musty smell, and the humidity was unbearable. The air conditioner barely worked and made loud, unsettling noises throughout the night, which made it impossible to get any sleep. The breakfast was a complete joke—barely any choices, stale food, and what little there was looked unappetizing. Overall, this hotel was a disaster, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, not even for a single night.

Had a lovely 3 night stay which allowed us 4 full days due to flight times. Myself and my son (21) stayed in a twin room which suited us for putting our heads down, showering and getting out and about. Clean towels and bedding changed and attended to every day. Pool area quiet and relaxed. Very quiet hotel (SMELLS LOVELY) Staff approachable and attentive. Breakfast which was included was fabulous with fresh fruit and local produce. We asked to have our room extended for our last day but was fully booked. Managed to extend to a 13h departure and luggage taken care of and still had full hotel facilities available to use. Nice location ( beach 5min walk). Supermarket (BIG Eroski) across road and fridge in room....

Very poor service. Booked a superior room and the room we were given is not as advertised on the website. Balcony is the same size as a standard room, whereas the photos show the balcony size of a junior room. When we questioned this we were told the photos are wrong and they know this, they do it to sell rooms. The junior room was available and we could have it only if we wanted to pay for another upgrade… No kettle or fridge in the room either. Have never stayed at a hotel without one, especially a fridge, for keeping drinks cool. Ordered a strawberry daiquiri for €8. The parasol at the pool was blown over by the wind and the cup fell on the floor (plastic cup). This was right after the drink had been made so we went inside to be told they would not give me another one as the bar was closed and would not re-open until 6pm.. this was at 1pm. On our last day before checking out we had some breakfast and were asked several times what room number we were staying in.. by the lady who had seen us at the breakfast bar all week. Very poor service and nothing done to rectify these issues. Upon checking out we weren’t even asked if we enjoyed our stay etc just told ‘ok’ when handing our key over. The hotel itself is not too bad but due to the service and handling of issues I would not recommend this hotel or stay here again.

First of all this is not a four star hotel Hotel is a bit shabby Rooms are clean, nice comfy beds and pillows Shower lovely and hot Breakfast is ok, always found something to eat. It’s a little walk from the beach and all the main restaurants Can get a bus right outside hotel into Palma for €5! Had a lovely stay with friends made the best of it

Hotel was a good location with a 10 min walk to beach and promenade. close to large supermarket that opens till 9pm which is handy for grabbing snacks and water. Booked a superior double for single use, but was given a standard single. As I hadn't booked direct was unable to get agent to resend booking details. room was comfortable hotel seemed to be winding down for the season as not many people staying, nobody using the pool or terrace areas and minimal staff on hand, I had to wait 15 mins after arriving for someone to show up on reception good value

Small hotel, impeccably clean. Pool & bar small as is restaurant. Pool ok but looks much bigger in photos. Sadly food was cold first thing in morning, staff friendly. Hotel 10 mins walk from beach/town centre. Single rooms available which was good as there were 3 of us who did not want to share.

Just returned today from a 3 day break , bed and breakfast with bad storm ,we were delayed by a couple of hours ,on arriving there was no food available ,the room was clean ,the staff were very hard to find ,after checking for indoor pool and spa ,located in basement ,it hadn’t been used or cleaned in quite a while ,the equipment was there but no pool ,after breakfast the tea/ coffee and water machines were switched off ,I had to pay 2.5 euros for jug of water ,on leaving ,our collection was 6,25 am ,after asking staff could we take a apple to airport we were refused ,we explained we had missed breakfast on two occasions what was paid for no tea facilities in room ,this is stated as a 4 stars ,I wouldn’t give it two ,first time to Santa ponsa and sadly the last
