The apartments are well appointed in Santa Ponsa just a short walk from the bay and restaurants. I was welcomed by the night manager who was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I have no issues with the 'front of house' experience. But, I question the company's ability to rationalise a dispute fairly. I was there for 2 nights only, visiting for a special occasion.
When I returned from eating after a long day I was locked out of my room and the night manager couldn't gain access with his pass key. He kindly arranged another room for me but all my belongings were locked in the other room.
I was due to be picked up the following morning for a trip into Palma, but missed the opportunity as I had to stay to wait for my belongings. They had to break into the room to access my stuff. The company's view towards my compensation was that they gave me another room so that's all they were prepared to offer, well I should hope they did give me another room I'd paid for it. I can't be bothered to take this any further to be honest, but be mindful if you're staying here and you have medication in your room, for example.

Handy apartments for beach and town. Although steep in slope to walk up on return. Ground floor full of young Irish , who ignored all rules, and kept the family feeling of this apartment block well down the list. Bad language, noise, swimming anytime they wished 7am to 6am,, and keeping others awake. Young families unable to use facilities. Complaining to hotel very low attendance or dealing with problems. It was quicker to ring police. Holiday ruined for us, maybe many others also.

Perfect apartment I can't fault .perfect for a few cheap days away at the quieter end of Santa ponsa . My only observation is the beds are extremely hard.

Très bel accueil et très bon service, nous sommes restés du 1er au 7 juin 2025 à Apparmentos Casa Visa. Le seul conseil c'est que ça devrait être indiqué sur la porte de se rèférer à l'hôtel qui est de l'autre côté de la rue (Hôtel Référence Life) au lieu que d'indiquer que la réception est à 50 mètre se serait plus facile... Merci aussi à Dominique la Lifeguard de SOS elle fait un très bon travail, très respectueuse et l'endroit de la piscine toujours bien rangé avant son départ â 18h00. Danielle de Québec

Nice looking small hotel with attractive pool area. There’s no reception at this hotel and a small sign on door tells you to check in across the road at Reverence Life hotel. We were given a ground floor room next to pool which meant we had zero privacy with guests sitting directly outside our balcony smoking. Rooms are clean but basic and in desperate need of a refresh. Mattresses are uncomfortable and thin. Kitchen well equipped. This is a noisy hotel with cleaners dragging furniture across the floor at 7.30 in the morning so if you want a lay in on your holiday maybe look elsewhere. Great location, 5 min walk to beach, shops, restaurants & bars etc. Would I stay again. No. But if you’re just looking for somewhere to lay your head then it’s fine.

Really confortable appartement, clean, silence, nice views and good location. With a beach really near, just a bit scaring the parking beacuse of the huge slope to get there. We loved the place

Just back. Had a lovely 10 nights stay at Casa Vida. Apartment was a great size with everything needed. Big balcony with a lovely outlook over pool & a seaview. Peaceful nights sleep in the quieter side of bay. House keeping done every 4th day, fresh towels, bedding etc. Must mention the lifeguard "Dominique" such a warm welcoming person who is extremely diligent and vigilant in her role.
