The hotel is perfectly situated. Food was spot on everyday, plenty of choose for even the pickiest of eaters. Entertainment every night. Staff were always so happy and helpful. Rooms were always cleaned. Everything about our holiday was perfect. No problems at all

It’s not as bad as some might say Stayed in one of the two hotels The Santa ponsa park and it’s clean with friendly staff Ok you have to sunbed race that starts at 8am On your marks get set go !! Hotel close to shops McDonald’s Burger King The beach close with local tat shops selling rubbish we all love Food in the restaurant clean but luke warm There’s a microwave to reheat If your saucy enough ask to cook it yourself, food cheap enough to eat out I don’t drink so don’t know what the alcoholic drinks are like Over all it’s a nice hotel

The hotel was in a very good position, near to the beach and local shops and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. The room was very spacious, lovely bathroom. And nice balcony. We were all inclusive and the food was very good, plenty of variety at breakfast lunch and dinner. Had. No com plaints with regard to the food at all. The evening entertainment was okay and met a lot of lovely people. The only complaint we had withe the holiday was the pool side. There were not enough sunbeds for everyone. The first week was fine as we could use pool at hotel opposite, and not many used this one. After hotel closed. We were lucky as we were able to go up to the roof terrace and sit up there, and always had a sun bed. It was nice and quiet up there. Could not fault the holiday at all and would go again

No way this is a 4 **** hotel. The food and catering staff were good. But cleaners are not the best. The sunbed wars is just the same as everywhere else, and reserving with towels some folk never sat on their reserved beds all day. Some folk thought they were entitled to the same sunbed every day and if someone sat on a sunbed that they thought was there’s the minute someone turned their back to get a drink from the bar you could come they would chuck your towel off and claim the sunbed back which they had on previous days. It was like they thought they had their name embroidered on it . Many times we witnessed situations and arguments. The hotel gives you a leaflet of rules and no reserving sunbeds is one of them, reserving of sunbeds started at 6.30 am ish. In the 10 day stay only 1 day the manager was seen removing towels from reserved sunbeds that were unoccupied for 15 mins or more. Oh and the bar staff are quite good too.
