Worst hotel ever nothing around it no bar no restaurant (a hotel without a bar 🤔) staff are rude and don’t care arrived at 11am and told we have to wait until 3pm in a hotel with nothing STAY WELL AWAY

Just spent 4 nights here checking in was very good Really nice guy on reception called jose very welcoming , apartment and area was do peaceful highly recommended beach 5 mins walk small beach 2 min walk lots of restaurants nearby nice restaurants nearby called rhein

Overall lovely stay . Nice and relaxed pool area. Spacious room. Only negative is air con! After a hot day out and about or even just chilling, the room was as warm as outside. Trying to get ready after shower in the heat and sleeping was awful.Potentially will put me off returning.which is a shame but a good cool air con is a must from me. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hugo and jose very helpful. Everything you need only minutes away.

Location was good. Rooms were good. Only issue we had when booking they say they have a bar and restaurant which they don't. Checked in no problem said check in was at 3 but checked in no problem arriving early. and check out was at 10 but is at 12 instead. Definitely need to update there loveholidays page that's for sure please look into this hotel before booking other than that had a great stay.

Simple, nice, spacious, quite, clean, beautiful apartment for one week out of the season. Beautiful view from our apartment, well equipped kitchen, new mattress in bedroom, renovated bathroom. Pool was OK, not so big. Reception staff was very polite.

Brilliant wee find … cannot fault here as a place to chill in gorgeous Santa Ponsa .. away from the biz but not to far to walk .. staff lovely, rooms perfectly adequate , views amazing of the coastline and near some lovely wee bars and restaurants

Spent a very enjoyable fortnight at Flip Flop. The bed and pillows were very high quality and comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed and it was extremely clean. The staff are just so helpful, especially Lehsene and Ruben, who are always ready to assist and advise. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere and the staff went the extra mile to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Definitely recommend

I’ll start by saying this is a nice location and the area is walkable with two beaches nearby and buses are very easy. The place is fine for what you pay for but they did not clean our room the whole time w were there for 3 days. Our towels weren’t changed and trash was never taken out. Nor did they give us bags to take it out ourselves or dish soap to wash dishes. Would have been nice to know we needed to supply all these things. Also bring a pool towel bc they say it’s forbidden to use the singular towel they give you at the pool. Bad sewage smell as well.
