The service was good and nice only we heard a lot of noise early in the mornings, the pools were great and the location too and there were many facilities.

This is a rare hotel that makes people angry.
The facilities are old, the walls are not soundproof at all, and the voices in the corridor are clear, not to mention the loud singing downstairs in the middle of the night. Don't even think about going to bed before 1 o'clock every day.
There is almost no WiFi, and the connection is either very slow or disconnected after a while.
No one cleans the room every day!
There is no reservation for sports facilities at all, and those who can be reserved need to pay extra.
The front desk is inefficient, and the check-in time exceeds 40 minutes. They would rather answer the phone than answer people. The funniest thing is that it is clearly three stars (shown at the door) but it hypnotizes itself that it is four stars.

the only great thing about this hotel is its location. Other than that, the bed is quite dirty and the toilet window is broken. Drainage system is not good as well, making it “flood” during taking shower.

Lovely hotel/apartments, although rooms were basic, they were adequate, especially for the price we paid. Not too far from the centre, there is also shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
Pool area nice and clean. We didn't use the restaurant facilities, so we can't comment.
We have to to better places, bit we've also been to worse. But you get what you pay for and we would stay here again.

Vine el año pasado y nos fuimos muy contentos con la animación por parte de Sandra, este año el hotel ha ido a mejor, aunque la limpieza sigue siendo mejorable. La comida es variada pero le falta algo de calidad, las vistas son inmejorables, los camareros y las chicas de recepción muy bien . Como dije anteriormente muy contentos con la animación, una chica muy atenta que nos recomendó varios lugares para visitar. También una gran renovación ha sido cambiar las llaves por las tarjetas. En general muy contentos, volveremos sin duda!
