The service was good and nice only we heard a lot of noise early in the mornings, the pools were great and the location too and there were many facilities.

This is a rare hotel that makes people angry.
The facilities are old, the walls are not soundproof at all, and the voices in the corridor are clear, not to mention the loud singing downstairs in the middle of the night. Don't even think about going to bed before 1 o'clock every day.
There is almost no WiFi, and the connection is either very slow or disconnected after a while.
No one cleans the room every day!
There is no reservation for sports facilities at all, and those who can be reserved need to pay extra.
The front desk is inefficient, and the check-in time exceeds 40 minutes. They would rather answer the phone than answer people. The funniest thing is that it is clearly three stars (shown at the door) but it hypnotizes itself that it is four stars.

the only great thing about this hotel is its location. Other than that, the bed is quite dirty and the toilet window is broken. Drainage system is not good as well, making it “flood” during taking shower.

Lovely hotel/apartments, although rooms were basic, they were adequate, especially for the price we paid. Not too far from the centre, there is also shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
Pool area nice and clean. We didn't use the restaurant facilities, so we can't comment.
We have to to better places, bit we've also been to worse. But you get what you pay for and we would stay here again.

I had previously read the reviews of this hotel after a family member had booked it for us, was very concerned before we came, after having arrived I had relaxed and felt like weight of my shoulders after seeing how great the hotel was, the staff was comforting and lovely and the pool we extremely clean, then indoor and the outdoor, it is also perfectly positioned by the sea so you can sit on your sunbed facing a amazing view or you can take a 5 minute walk to a quiet beach. It is placed within a 10 minute walk from the main ***** of Santa ponsa and is a lovely location. Will be going back next year. Thank you

Lovely and clean everywhere, indoors and out. Friendly staff, lots of facilities Inc a lovely pool and sun loungers. Great pool bar. Little private beach just a few minutes walk away and only a 15 minute walk to the main town although there are lots of shops and lovely restaurants and bars very close by to the hotel. Apartment perfectly satisfactory with the balcony giving a beautiful seaview and outdoor space. We had a fun short break and enjoyed it all. I think it could be very busy and noisy in peak season but in low season it was all great value and we'd return.
