Fergus Style Cala Blanca Suites

After reading the mixed reviews on line we were a little unsure of what to expect but what can I say but wow. Both me and my wife were very impressed with the whole hotel experience and how everything was so perfect. Obviously everyone is entitled to there own opinion and you will get some people who don’t enjoy there experience but I can honestly say hand on heart we did and will definitely be coming back next year.

We returned today from this lovely hotel a family of six four adults two children age 11 &8. I have to start with the staff who are amazing friendly welcoming and ensure your stay is special. The hotel is spotless and well setout Rooms are very large with a separate lounge, bedroom and dressing room a lovely extra, kettles should be supplied just need to ask at reception for anything you require and delivered withing an hour. Restaurant, A great choice of food at every sitting if you can't find something to suit your taste there must be something wrong with you Everyone was catered for. We are two veterans and a gluten intolerant they had no problem selecting meals , apart from gluten-free dessert which there wasn't a big choice. The entertainment team were fantastic with the kids and adults, they remembered you name after one meeting and always upbeat and friendly. Location was great lovely walks along the seafront shops, bars and restaurants in a easy walk. The pool isn't heated so be warned, indoor pool is more undercover than indoors and not very large. The adult only rooftop solarium is well worth the 20€ per room very chilled and relaxing with fabulous views. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel as family holiday Go and enjoy.

Pro’s Staff helpful and friendly; nothing was too much trouble and reception staff went the extra mile. Room clean, tidy and spacious; cleaned daily. Breathtaking views of sunset from pool bar. Plenty of sun-beds. Restaurant was ok with themed nights. Entertainment in evening was varied. Con’s Would have been nice to have drinks in fridge in room replenished. Limited choice of all inclusive drinks. Food in restaurant didn’t really match the daily themes (no curry or naan bread on Indian night, no beef lasagne or beef spaghetti bol for Italian night).

Just back home this afternoon and what can I say. We had a fantastic!! week stay here with my wife, my son (9), my daughter (2) and my mother in law. The hotel is clean and spotless, yes some parts are a bit dated and need a bit of touching up but the rooms were always cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. All the staff were fantastic and worked really hard throughout the week. Always had a smile and always gave a big high five to the kids everytime they met. A brilliant team of workers!! We went all inclusive and the food was top quality and the drinks were all top brands. The different theme nights were good and there was always a different selection of food each night which everyone enjoyed! The pool is abit on the small side for the size of hotel as mentioned in previous reviews but we had no issue in getting a sun lounger in the morning. The Pool was spotlessly clean and the pool bar was great for drinks and ice creams etc.. Only little downer we had was that we stayed in room 021 and the balcony view was kinda blocked by the palm tree 🌴 leaves which blocked out the fantastic view of the pool and beach/sea view. Overall we had a fantastic stay and will definitely return!!

Great experience, good food and friendly staff. Kid’s loved the pools and the indoor heated pool is a nice touch. Staff did all they could in order for us to have a trouble free week.

We had a wonderful experience at Fergus Style Cala Blanca Suites hotel between 28 Aug and 8 Sept 2025 and the staff played a huge part in that. This is a very friendly, welcoming, family hotel. Special thanks to Lolo in the restaurant - our daughter adored her interactions with him and the mocktail he made her when we dined in the a La carte one night is still something she talks about! thank you Lolo. Juan and Andres behind the bar brought much cheer and the animation team led by Nicky - Moana, Olaf, Romeo, Barbie & Stitch were fantastic - instantly putting our daughter at ease. They all worked tirelessly running kids clubs, fitness sessions, walks to the market and evening entertainment. We are a Family of 5 with kids ranging from 7-17 and found the food was good enough variety and quality that it pleased us all. Each evening was themed and always fresh meat and fish. Sunbeds were sometimes hard to secure for all 5 of us but this isn’t an unusual dynamic during peak season. It is disappointing when people reserve them then don’t appear to use them for half the day but that’s selfish guests not the hotel. A tale as old as time sadly. We stayed in a Junior Suite and our eldest enjoyed the ability to sunbathe on our balcony away from the hustle and bustle by the pool so the bed out there was a nice touch! The location of this hotel is a beautiful spot where you get to see the sun go down in the evenings - with an accessible cove and diving area, great for snorkelling and swimming with the fish - the sea was very calm and my kids preferred it to the pool to be honest mostly because it was warmer. Bus stop is a short walk away making trips to Palma City, Paguera, Andratx and Camp de Mar easy to navigate and journeys to attractions such as Marine world or palma aquarium really accessible. We were there during the festival week so enjoyed some gorgeous markets and celebrations in Santa Ponsa, just a 10 min walk away. Would recommend this hotel without question. We had a great time and will most likely visit again in the future x
