The service was very bad. I specifically confirmed that slippers were provided before checking in, so I didn't bring my own. After checking in, I found that there were no slippers. I asked the front desk, and the attitude was very bad. They said that the slippers were out of stock and the logistics had not arrived yet. They also said that the logistics in the United States was very slow... Let me bear it for a while... I was shocked. Shouldn't the hotel have its own perfect inventory system? It's not a motel. Such a big hotel will wait until the inventory is out before ordering? It's really very unprofessional. There was no apology, just a matter of course. For people with mysophobia, walking barefoot on the floor of the hotel is really disgusting, especially since the hotel allows dogs to stay. It's hard to imagine how many bacteria and secretions there are on their carpets... When we lined up to check in, we were at the back of the line. There was a white woman in front of us. Because we waited in line for a long time, the hotel service staff took the initiative to ask the white woman if she wanted to drink something, and didn't even give us a look. To be honest, after living abroad for so many years, the United States is the worst country I have ever seen for Asians. I will never book this hotel again.
