Tyela made sure we had a smooth check in and accommodated us with everything we asked for. Top tier customer service from her! Only downside with this property is there is no A/C and for the price we paid we expected to have that. She recommended that we opened the windows to let the air come through to help the room cool down. We were unsure about doing that, but she reassured that the property is safe and there is someone on duty 24/7. If you want to stay here, we say stay during the cooler months

The pillows are the fluffiest Ive ever felt . It is was the most adorable and magical arena. The rooms were spacious and well made the lighting was superb and also pet friendly.

This location has a good location near Venice Beach and Santa Monica Pier. There is a small outdoor seating area with fake grass where you can relax and have a drink. The only downside was that there was no working aircon in our room - we had to leave the ceiling fan on and windows open at night (quite a noisy area). The hotel offers free bike rentals (2 hours at a time) which is a great service. There wasn't breakfast as such, but snacks like granola bars and yoghurt and some fruit. We made use of the option to forgo room cleaning and fresh towel deliveries for $10 off per 2 nights spent. I thought that was a neat feature. There were a few people smoking **** in the common area. All in all, I can recommend!

Reasonably priced accommodation with clean, well appointed rooms and attentive staffing. You can park close to your room and don't have to deal with parking fees or valets. Easy in/out. It has a good ice machine. Breakfast options included oatmeal, packaged fruit cup, cereal bars. Not close to the beach to walk, but a quick drive. We stayed in rooms near the front desk office and it was noisy, also had street traffic but we didn't mind.

Nice small hotel which provided us a comfortable stay in a convenient location. While it does look like a motel from outside - the rooms are super cozy and clean. Free parking in a big plus as well as a free breakfast. I plan to stay there again when I visit LA in the future.
