Located in an excellent place, close to the Bay of Santa Marta and the Lovers' Park. As for its facilities, I expected much more, but I felt comfortable. The service was average and the breakfast also left a lot to be desired.

I loved Colombia in all its shapes and colors and I'm not a demanding person, on the contrary, I understand everything but this hotel was like experiencing a prison... room and bathroom without a window or fan, there was literally no air, if you go upstairs to the terrace they look at you badly... breakfast (I only eat fruit) always smelled of mold... no hot water for the shower or for the face, only one towel per person. The breakfast room was totally aseptic like a school cafeteria with 4 tables all attached to each other, you can't even have a coffee on the terrace... I'm sorry but it was the worst hotel experience in 24 years. Rude staff. The only positive thing were the kittens out there that they give water and food to.

Nice hotel but uncomfortable mattress
Super friendly staff, service was great. Breakfast was good. Hotel is nice, but mattress was not comfortable. Seriously, I felt like sleeping on a rock. My room did not have a window and was small. For some reason, the bathroom always smell bad. Avoid room 308, there no WI-FI in the room.
In addition, there is no elevator and rooms are located on the second and third floor. Breakfast is served on the fourth floor.

The staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing. It was very good for the price but it didn’t feel like the nicest hotel. There were no windows in the room and you could hear everything going on in the other rooms. Definitely great for one or two nights on a budget when travelling.

I only had one problem with the air conditioning, it didn't cool. Spacious and well-cleaned rooms. It is close to Santa Marta Bay, there are some restaurants nearby. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I only stayed one night.
