Un hotel grande, mucho donde caminar, muchas actividades para hacer, buena comida. No me gusto que es un hotel todo incluido y te cobran aparte la primera comida, si llegas antes del checking. Lo cual te obliga a pagar por que no hay mas restaurantes cerca. Y es un hotel donde tienen la comida disponible todo el tiempo.

Es un hotel, que me acaba de desilusionar al punto de no querer volver. Triste, desde mal atención hasta pérdidas de cosas que no se dejaron en la caja fuerte de la habitación, pero es que no todo cabe allí. Una mala experiencia, es muy triste porque he ido varias veces a ese hotel y se dañó.

Excelente atención al cliente por parte de meseros, y recepcionistas de la jornada diura. El hotel es antiguo, por queja fui reasignada a una excelente habitación, están en proceso de remodelación. la comida es variada. Se recomienda mejorar los ascensores.

Las infraestructura de las Villas está muy bien, si pueden seleccionar la del primer piso es mejor porque pueden disfrutar de un lindo balcón, puedes almorzar en el restaurante mamamia es fabuloso no se llena tanto y es más tranquilo, la comida en Rococó es deliciosa, separa tu reserva con el QR y te evitas hacer filas. El servicio del personal es muy muy bueno. Recomendado.

Durante nuestra experiencia en el restaurante WAJUU, observamos un inconveniente relacionado con la presencia de aves, específicamente palomas, que se posan sobre los alimentos tanto en las estaciones de comida como en las mesas. Esto representa un riesgo para la higiene y la seguridad alimentaria. Recomendamos implementar un sistema de protección que resguarde los alimentos, considerando que las aves también caminan por el suelo antes de tener contacto con los productos. Por otro lado, notamos que el servicio de helados y postres finaliza a las 2:30 p.m., lo cual limita el acceso a estos productos justo en el horario en que los niños suelen desear un helado. Sería ideal extender el horario de disponibilidad de estos snacks o considerar ofrecerlos durante toda la tarde. Adicionalmente, tuvimos dificultades al intentar comunicarnos desde la habitación con la recepción, ya que en varias ocasiones llamamos (aproximadamente cinco veces) sin obtener respuesta. Sugerimos revisar este aspecto para garantizar una atención oportuna a los huéspedes
