Chunu’u is an amazing hostel if you’re looking to get away from tourist/basic hostel culture. This hostel is super conveniently located right beside the village of Minca and the receptionists will assist you with booking any activities. It’s very clean and the amenities are in great condition. There’s a lovely creek you can access from the hostel if you want a morning refresh. Food and bar were definitely great too. Will be returning and recommending to others!

Loved this hostel! It created a more authentic local experience than others hostels I’ve been to. Very conveniently priced and interesting to see a museum inside that is dedicated to indigenous communities and knowledge passed down from generations. Also had a great pool table and access to a small river if you’re ever in need of a cool down! Definitely will be back.

Estuve de pasadia el día de hoy 19-Ene-2025 y la experiencia fue DESAGRADABLE, el personal de Restaurante poco atento al servicio, tocó esperar más de 1 hora 20 minutos por el almuerzo para que al final no lo llevarán e inclusive todo esperar que todo el personal del hostal almorzarapara que empezarán a atender a las personas que estábamos allí......el Costo del pasadia no compensa el servicio prestado ... EL PEOR lugar al que he ido en Santa Marta y sus Alrededores.. De No Volver

Cosy hotel
Nice hotel. They made bonfires just for us. They also put on movies. The hotel is in a great location by the river. Would like to come back one day

Stay away
All of the workers but the restaurant workers were rude. Even mouthing profanities when asked about something. Would not recommend would not come back.

Dissapointing
The place is clean and comfortable with nice sitting areas. Sadly the food is absolutely awful which is a huge letdown and everyone else there agreed.The spa was also unstaffed throughout my stay here and there was little atmosphere. Would not recommend for solo backpackers
