Tu arriver à l’hôtel et l’hôtel te dit qu’ils ne travaillent pas avec Ebookers
Du coup tu te retrouve sous la pluie à dormir dehors car impossible de trouver un hôtel vue que tout dans la ville était complet.

The only positive thing about this hotel is its localisation within the historic district. Apart from that, I had a horrible experience. First the room was located near the reception area with zero soundproof. So you could hear everything around the whole night long. Second they "forgot" to clean the room (2 night stay), I had to insist to get the room cleaned. Third when I went to the breakfast room, they asked me whether it was included in the price, and afterwards it took them forever to serve it (eggs, not toasted bread, some fruits, juice, butter and jam not available). At last, the last day, they started asking me wheter I would check out around 09am (the check out is to be done before noon)! Overall a very horrible experience
