Mucho por mejorar. Estuve 5 noches hospedado. Habitación cómoda pero el baño muy muy pequeño. Mucha claridad para los que les cuesta dormir así. Aseo de habitación le falta mejorar. El baño estuvo con moho en todo momento. No cambian las toallas a diario. La comida no tiene variedad. Repetitiva. La piscina es de 1.30mts de profundidad pero no hay escalera. Parqueadero muy incómodo para muchos. Bioseguridad cero. Huéspedes sin tapaboca ,no piden carnet de vacuna. El hotel tiene mucho por mejorar. Lo bueno, atención del personal del restaurante. Ubicación cercana al muelle sur. Recomendado tour por las bahías, acuario y playa inca inca. Pidan pargo, sierra o mojarra roja.

La ubicación del hotel es buena; la playa queda cerca. Cuenta con una linda piscina en un espacio agradable. Muy buena atención. Algo para mejorar es el servicio de limpieza y la comida (resulta un poco "pesada", estaría bueno agregar más frutas variadas, vegetales, etc).

Las habitaciones muy cómodas, tienen aire acondicionado y televisión, el hotel es tropical con estructura colonial y tiene piscina con unos chorros que te relajan la espalda, solo tienen 2 pisos lo que es bueno para los que sufrimos de miedo a las alturas. El hotel es muy limpio, el personal muy amable y la atención muy buena. Queda a 3 cuadras del mar, para pasar la calle es complejo porque queda en la autopista, del resto está perfecto. En pocas palabras no cambio el hotel por nada

Decent but with a few flaws.
We got there around 10:00am since our flight was just before that. They didn't let us check in but the did allow is to leave our bags there until it was time to check in.
Breakfast: The closed early for some reason. I saw some of the things at the buffet that I wanted but they started putting it all away 40 minutes before they were supposed to. Not sure why. The breakfast we were given was OK though.
Room: First off it was advertised as a "balcony" room. There really is no balcony. Its just a hallway that you can see the courtyard area.
There is only 2 power outlets in this room. One is under the TV and the other is not accessible unless you move the main bed away from the wall.
Bathroom: No hot water. NONE. Enjoy a cold shower :) The toilet paper dispenser is BEHIND the toilet. And it won't dispense toilet paper unless you pull it in a certain diagonal direction. So if you are sitting on the toilet you need to be a flexible Yoga master to get toilet paper. Or hope you don't have to go that bad and unroll it before you sit on the toilet. But even then its still tricky.

Better for locals.
The good: very nice pool. Good location for walking in Rodadero area. Free parking. Internet was stable. Bed was very firm. Housekeeping was on point. Resource for tours in the lobby was very helpful.
The not so good: big problem with ants in the bathroom sink… all over the place. Could not get hot water in the shower. Older property that needs updating. Room overlooking the pool is nice but noisy.
Conclusion: hotel more suitable for locals. But you can walk to beach or restaurants and mall in about 15 minutes.

Excelente todo, la comida variada y en muy buenas cantidades, las habitaciones muy aseadas y cómodos, la personas que nos atendieron muy amables y le solucionaban cualquier inquietud o solicitud de muy buena forma; muy buena ubicación cerca de todo y transporte urbano pasó por frente del hotel... Gracias por ayudarnos a pasar unas vacaciones muy divertidas; volveré.. volveré

No me gustó el servicio en el restaurante, comían bien y completo los que llegaban a tiempo los demás quedaban con las sobras... si son 2 horas para la cena 2 horas la comida por igual, no unos comiendo y los demás con lo que quedo, o todos en la cama o todos en el suelo.

El servicio es el mejor, el sitio está muy bien ubicado, está cerca al mar. La habitación limpia y muy cómoda. Las zonas comunes están cuidadas y limpias. La piscina es espectacular, tiene un jacuzzi en donde me pude relajar. Los desayunos son muy ricos. Lo recomiendo!
