Es un hotel agradable, ventilado habitaciones cómodas, muy buena vista de la bahía, comida casera sana y fresca, tiene buen bar, piscina para niños y empleados muy colaboradores con el turista. Lo recomiendo para familias y para quienes vamos solos.

Super excellent service on all the place. All the personal are so great and helpful on everything. The chef, restaurant service are so great. I don’t have enough words to describe the excellent all the people are including transportation to the places with out envy extra charge. I will be really like to ask the people staying at this place to leave TIPS for the employees because is not charging on the buffet service provide to the guests. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ALL

Esta ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido. Llegamos el 22 de julio. Cabe decir que llegamos al mediodía y nos dieron la habitación antes de las 15:00h, que es la hora de hacer el check in. Habíamos reservado una habitación doble, pero éramos solo 2. Le preguntamos. la chica de recepción no podía cambiarlos y nos dijo que el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío.. los empleados son mimados se ven sucios y descuidados no tienen la menor idea de que servicio se ven molestos frustrados todo el tiempo en el desayuno los empleados te tratan groseramente sin educacion la comida es pésima hace frio te sirven poco como si la comida estaba racionada o contada si pides un poco mas te dicen que no la actitud de los empleados es super mala y poco profesional La piscina está sucia y no se mantiene adecuadamente. ese hotel no sirve para nada nunca nunca vayas a ese hotel tiran tu dinero

Excelente, lindo el hotel, linda la piscina, muy confortable la habitación, aire, TV. Excelente vista al mar, excelente para tomar fotos de atardecer. El restaurante bueno. Si vamos en carro maravilloso, si vas en avión es un poco complicado el acceso a las playas, ya que es necesario cruzar la autopista y caminar hacia la izquierda un par de cuadras . Es indispensable ir en vehículo o pagar taxi . Pero en general una muy agradable estadía.

Muy buena la atención prestada, pero debo decir que de entrada tuve problemas porque aunque ya tenía la reservación, nos hicieron esperar una media hora en recepción sin decirnos nada, hasta que la administradora se nos acercó muy amablemente y nos dijo que no había habitación disponible y nos ubicaron en otro hotel mientras solucionaban la situación.

No estaba la habitación lista a las 7:00 pm y el ingreso era alas 3.00 por ahi comenzamos mal, la habitación era triple, pero el aire acondicionado no estaba funcionando bien, el Tv no funcionaba no cogia ningun canal, no habia minibar como nos habian indicado, no era la habitacion como me la imaginaba realmente, me molesto y sentí que la persona que realmente gestiono mi incomidad fue un botones llamado Jose Fula, a el se le vio mas interes porque estuvieramos bien que al personal de recpeción, asi que creo que fue muy buena su atención, luego nos mejoraron la habitación, pero era para dos, nos acomodaron una cama que mal ese colchon (colchoneta) nos dejo doliendo la espalda, ummm no creo que regrese al hotel. Creo que no estaban listos con el personal adecuado para la demanda de la epoca ya que fui para final de año, la atención del restuarante megademorada, me dijeron incluso que no pidiera un jugo porque no sabia cuanto demorarian en entregarlo, toco tomar gaseosa, umm podrian mirar la manera de mejorar su atención, creo que tampoco tienen wifi, llamamos a recepción pero nunca contestaron, no servian sus numero de whatsapp, es un hotel bonito pero les falta mucho.

Fue una estadía muy agradable, el desayuno delicioso, el aseo todos los días e incluso esperaron un día que entre tarde a bañarme y cambiarme para volver a salir, todo el personal es muy amable y nos colaboraban con todo lo necesario, la piscina es grande y hermosa, es algo retirado de las playas pero se puede caminar si se quiere, igualmente el transporte en Santa Marta no es tan costoso, la presión del agua en las duchas también es perfecta.
