The whole hotel is a disappointment. It starts at reception, which is extremely bare and plain, with no wow factor at the entrance, continues in the hotel, which is more reminiscent of a prison wing in terms of its structure, if not for a few desolate plants trying to cover this up, and ends in the economy room, which is the size of a chicken coop and in which you can't even open a suitcase. The safe was blocked, the oversized kitchen had no cups for the coffee that was available, and you shouldn't get claustrophobic in the mini bathroom. The hotel is about 100 m from the airport runway, so the noise and smell level was accordingly high, the pool is big but boring and with constant loud music and some dried-out plants it is a part of the hotel that you can quickly forget. The tasteless food was carted through the whole hotel without any protection and arrived cold. Oh yes, the beach, after all the hotel is called a beach hotel - forgettable, the water is not really clean and it is overrun with vendors so you quickly get annoyed and have to be very careful with your personal belongings. The whole hotel is one big, poorly thought out and misplaced disaster. If you want to make your stay in Santa Marta more enjoyable, you should definitely choose an alternative.

Este hotel es una delicia: - cerca del aeropuerto - la zona e piscina y playa son perfectas - las habitaciones, por lo menos la mía fue espectacular.. lo tienen todo! - la atención es inmejorable. - opciones de trasporte para ir a la ciudad. Seguro en todas sus instalaciones.... Es una rumba este hotel definitivamente

Es nueva, sigue en construcción! Donde nos hospedamos es un tercio del proyecto completo. Hay que esperar a ver cómo termina. Están a tiempo de hacer cambios en el interior de la habitación: muy lindo el kichenet pero ocupa un espacio necesario para lograr comodidad! Tiene una nevera y un tope de cocción sobredimensionados pues no hay ni donde sentarse a comer en el caso de alguna preparación. Mejor se utilizaría ese espacio en un closet cómodo con una peinadora o lugar para colocar la maleta. La cama súper cómoda al igual que las almohadas!!

Hotel em construção, muita poeira, de frente para a pista do aeroporto. Aviões passando na nossa cabeça. Cafe da manha bem fraco, há três dias sem manteiga, não tem queijo fatiado, não tem iogurte, serviço muito lento, no jantar faltam ingredientes. Na praia, que é bem feia, areia misturada com fragmentos de carvão, segundo a guia turística, fomos duas vezes rechaçadas antes do pôr do sol porque precisavam guardar as cadeiras!! MuITO longe do centro e do Comércio. Não há serviço de transporto do hotel. Ficamos ilhadas ao lado do aeroporto, sem NADA próximo. Péssima escolha.
