El lugar es muy bonito y la atención es buena, lastima que la entrada y el mismo Tanganga esté tan deteriorado y con tanta basura , deben mejorar resto sobre todo en la entrada al Hotel

The place was nice, the bedroom was nice. But why wouldn’t they get thicker glass windows if the music from the bars out side is so loud. We couldn’t basically sleep because of that. The music in front of the hotel is too loud!

El hotel y el personal muy amables. Es solo que la ubicación del hotel es muy mala. La entrada que dirige al Hotel es un basurero sin exagerar. Es demasiado ruidoso. Elegimos taganga para estar más tranquilos que en el rodadero pero fue la peor decisión. Música exagerandamente dura, hasta las 2 de la mañana y al siguiente día desde muy temprano otra vez el ruido. No recomiendo esta isla si quieren descanso y calma. Era lo que mi familia y yo estábamos buscando y lastimosamente no lo encontramos. El hotel en sí todo súper bien. La ubicación le doy un 0. El hotel cuenta con un seguro médico privado muy bueno. Un familiar mío se enfermó (no por culpa del hotel) y reaccionaron muy rápido, el hotel activó el seguro inmediatamente y pudieron atenderle rápido, sin esperas y problemas.

Es un éxito en fotografia diferente a la realidad Llegar a la suite escogida tenías qué subir 132 escalones dignos de un escalador! Precio no acordé a calidad Desagüe olía a cañería Cucarachas muertas en la habitación No había papel sanitario Aire acondicionado sin mantenimiento o defectuoso Afortunadamente aceptaron mi reclamo al día siguiente y se canceló el pago total de la reserva y se pagó 1 solo día de alojamiento! De no repetir mi dejarme impresionar por fotos de promociones Si te gusta las cosas de calidad no es tu sitio Taganga tristemente pierde su potencial turístico por el abandono del pueblo Iba de buceó saliendo de Taganga y por eso escogí éste hotel Debe analizarse otras opciones mas acordes precio y calidad

Très mauvaise expérience , la route est impraticable pour accéder à l’hôtel en voiture et il y a une décharge à côté . On a voulu annuler la première nuit mais le gérant nous l’a facturé alors qu’on n’est pas resté. Très déçu . Heureusement le reste du voyage et des hôtels ont vite fait oublier cette mauvaise expérience

Muy lindo el hotel y las instalaciones. Todo muy limpio y agradable. El desayuno es al plato, no buffet, y sabroso. El personal siempre muy atento y dispuestos a ayudarme, me dieron muy buenos consejos para turismo y recomendaciones! La carta para cenar es bastante abundante pero cuenta con solo dos opciones vegetarianas (una ensalada y unas pastas). Lo malo: no andaba el wifi en mi piso, en los 3 días que me quedé, no se pudo arreglar... asique tuve que usar el del restaurant o el de la recepción.

No hicieron aseo en la habitación, el hotel no tenía aforo total y no nos pudieron dar toallas para la piscina. No me sentí bien atendida y nada apto para personas con movilidad reducida. Se escucha el ruido de todo el pasillo en la habitación.
