Très mauvaise expérience , la route est impraticable pour accéder à l’hôtel en voiture et il y a une décharge à côté . On a voulu annuler la première nuit mais le gérant nous l’a facturé alors qu’on n’est pas resté. Très déçu . Heureusement le reste du voyage et des hôtels ont vite fait oublier cette mauvaise expérience

Cette hôtel n est pas bien entretenu, pas d eau chaude, coffre fort ne fonctionne pas, pas de mini frigo, porte de la chambre de bain très mal faite je me suis cognée la tête plusieurs fois, ville très bruyante le soir a cause des bar. Je n y retournerai pas pour dormir, le mieux est d aller passer la journée la et de retourner a santa Marta.

Muy lindo el hotel y las instalaciones. Todo muy limpio y agradable. El desayuno es al plato, no buffet, y sabroso. El personal siempre muy atento y dispuestos a ayudarme, me dieron muy buenos consejos para turismo y recomendaciones! La carta para cenar es bastante abundante pero cuenta con solo dos opciones vegetarianas (una ensalada y unas pastas). Lo malo: no andaba el wifi en mi piso, en los 3 días que me quedé, no se pudo arreglar... asique tuve que usar el del restaurant o el de la recepción.

No hicieron aseo en la habitación, el hotel no tenía aforo total y no nos pudieron dar toallas para la piscina. No me sentí bien atendida y nada apto para personas con movilidad reducida. Se escucha el ruido de todo el pasillo en la habitación.

En general, muy buena atencion de sus colaboradores. Solo un comentario: Los consumos ($23.000) los pagué en efectivo al momento de salir del hotel y en la factura de cobro, me los estan cargando de nuevo. Los recibió el señor Carlos. Gracias
