C'est notre 2ème séjour dans cet hôtel et nous en sommes toujours aussi satisfaits, il n'y a que des points forts : - le personnel est chaleureux et souriant, toujours prêt à informer, donner des conseils judicieux. - la propreté est irréprochable, les chambres, joliment décorées, sont assez vastes et bien équipées, - la literie est de qualité, confortable, - la situation est parfaite dans Santa-Marta tout en étant calme. - le petit-déjeuner au top. - wi-fi sans problème. Nous y reviendrons pour un prochain séjour.

Véritablement notre seconde maison lors de notre passage à Santa Marta ! Hôtel très bien placé, à 2 min des rues principales et de la cathédrale, situé dans une rue à l’écart du bruit. Une équipe aux petits soins et hyper chaleureuse, qui a grandement contribué à faire de notre séjour ici une réussite !! Encore merci à eux et à très bientôt !

Nice, quite, clean
I was impressed by this hotel. It was super clean, very nice, and quite. The staff were accommodating. The breakfast for 10,000 pesos was cooked to order and delicious.
It was a 5 minute walk to the tourist scene with restaurants, etc. I've stayed in other parts of this area of Santa Marta for $20 a night and this hotel is waaaay nicer. I'll be back!

Estuve hospedada en Hotel Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta durante una semana para mi viaje a Ciudad Perdida. El servicio por los empleados de recepción, cocina y limpieza fue excelente. Y el lugar muy limpio y tranquilo.

Not much to do in the area and the hotel has NO HOT WATER.
However the staff are welcoming, friendly and will go out of the way to help. I only have good things to say about the staff

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Das Hotel war sehr zentral. Alles zu Fuß machbar. 5 bis 10 min zu allen tollen Restaurants. 10 min zum Mercado Publico, von dort fahren die Busse zum Tayrona Park, 5 min zum Supermarkt. 10 min zum Strand. 10. Min zur Marsol Busstation um weiter nach Cartagena oder nach Barranquilla zu fahren. Zimmer war sehr klein. Personal war unfassbar freundlich und so toll hilfsbereit. Konnten unsere Koffer umsonst für 2 Tage dalassen um zum tayrona Park zu fahren. Haben ihnen trotzdem was gegeben. Einziges Manko war, der Duschkopf war sehr gammelig, den haben wir dann gereinigt.

El hotel se encuentra en una excelente Ubicación, cerca de la Bahía y de muchos atracciones turistas; es un hotel muy limpio y tiene habitaciónes muy cómodas, de igual manera tiene un personal que esta dispuesto siempre a colaborarte, Recomendadisimo!
