Beachfront Paradise Boutique Hotel

This hotel is unlike any other I’ve stayed at. From the moment you arrive, you feel a genuine sense of belonging thanks to the warm and attentive service from both the staff and the owners. This was my third time staying here, and I chose one of their unique rooms called “Casa Alebrijes.” It's a two-story building within the same complex, designed with a fantastical and vibrant aesthetic. The decor is full of bright colors, inspired by alebrijes, the traditional folk art figures from the state of Oaxaca. The rooms are equipped with everything you need for an incredibly comfortable stay. One of my favorite features is that each room in Casa Alebrijes comes with its own jacuzzi. I loved it—but I regretted waiting until the last day to use it (don’t make the same mistake, you’ll thank me!). The hotel and the beach are perfect for those who truly want to disconnect and relax. Playa Agua Blanca is peaceful and absolutely beautiful. If you're also into nightlife, bars, or nature tours, you're in luck—many great spots are just a short drive away. Places like Mazunte, Zipolite, Punta Zicatela, Zicatela, and Puerto Angelito are all within reach if you have a car. I love this place—absolutely recommended!

Creative colorful space very down to earth - it’s directly at the beach - in front is the small road needs to be crossed to get to the beach area, there is a small hut with drinks from the fridge and a socket if you want to work from the beach. The room had a Moskito net door so you can sleep with open windows & door and listen to the sound of the waves. Unfortunately we had the sound from the pool pump (or something similar) in the room until 10pm but afterwards & in the morning it was off.
