Super hermoso. Estamos encantados con el servicio. La comida está deliciosa, lo único malo son las moscas, a veces es imposible comer porque solo están sobre ti. Pero todo bello, las vistas, la playa. En la alberca de niños, el último día nos recomendaron que usarán chanclas dentro de ella porque había baldosas sueltas. Definitivamente volvería. Mi niño lloró porque no quería regresar a casa jeje

Las habitaciones están bien, limpias, cómodas, con su frigobar. Pero está muy limitado lo que ponen en el frigobar. Lo insufrible son las moscas en cada uno de los alimentos, no lo disfrutas porque estás peleando. Y por la mañana y noches aparte hay miles de mosquitos y otros animales que pican fuerte, es imposible estar sin repelente, porque aún con él es un batallar. El personal anda en friega limpiando y sirviendo bebidas, pero es insuficiente. Les falta mucho personal. Todos atentos Kevin, Noe, Pedro, Alejandra, Magno, pero no se dan abasto y no estaba lleno el hotel. Que el restaurante sea abierto y no haya un ventilador que circule el aire, es otro sufrir, todo mundo sudando y peleando con los bichos. En cuanto a la comida buena. Se repite mucho la comida del buffete. Su noche de especialidades no lo es tanto, no se emocionen el día de mariscos solo había 1 platillo de camarones. Para llegar a la playa es un puente largo largo para llegar del hotel al restaurant. Es techado el puente. En mi caso no llevo bebés no estuvo muy feo, pero considérenlo si llevan niños pequeños. Hay una camionetita para subir y bajar, pero solo para adultos mayores y discapacitados. La playa no te puedes meter es muy fuerte el oleaje. Falta mantenimiento en albercas, se cae el azulejo y te cortas o se rompe el traje de baño.

Pésimo mí esposo se enfermó del estomago por la comida, me asignaron la habitación 319 la cual tenía 2 cisternas con el ruido que conlleva pedí el cambio de habitación y me indicaron que el gerente o encargado me atendería a las 10 am, por lo que tuve que esperar hasta las 11 am a que me hicieran el cambio a lo que nunca me ofrecieron una disculpa o atención, toda mi estancia debía caminar cerca de un km para desayunar y el transporte nunca estuvo habilitado, en recepción tienen unas toallas que son literal un mantel de cocina q asegura de microfibra, obvio no servían finalmente pagué un Late Check-Out Extendido nunca me cambiaron ni las toallas no servía la tele y finalmente personal con pésima actitud empezando por el de recepción que según es encargado, el del bar de la picina siempre de malas. Excelente servicio de Pedro, Javier,Petra y Edgar y Mia Lizbeth Las instalaciones son bonitas, tiene 2 playas, los cuartos están bien, es una reserva y playa, tiene parque acuáticos para los niños y la Alberta para las personas adultas está bien
